Smelling sweeter
We have a rain water collection tank which had got a bit smelly. We water the garden and use for flushing toilets. We purchased chemicals to clean the water and after one use it’s perfect. No nasty smells now.
Item was delivered faster than expected and service was excellent. We will use again when we are running low.

Brilliant product
I had given up cleaning my pool of mineral deposits that had stuck to my pool liner.i used your product and was amazed firstly by ease of use and secondly by its complete removal of minerals and stains.my liner looks brand new.speed of delivery was outstanding as well.brilliant job all round.many many thanks

I ordered 16 one litre bottles and got a phone call wanting to know if I have a fork lift to off load the delivery, and can the lorry drive in and out of my property, or might the driver have to reverse !!!!!!!!
If he can’t reverse, he shouldn’t be driving a lorry to start with, and why the hell do I need a fork lift to off load a box weighing 16 kg.
What a waste of my time. Then the caller stated to try and sell my other stuff !
It is also a shame your delivery is not as quick as your review request, as I am still waiting for the product over a week later !

Hi Andy, We are sorry that our service didn't meet your expectations. The specialist non-stock product you ordered is classed as hazardous, requires a HAZCHEM delivery, and was coming direct from the manufacturer. The Delivery Questionnaire we completed which included information about a 'fork lift' is a standard chemical industry requirement regarding information about the delivery point. You ordered on 6th May and delivery is due on 14th May which is six working days, on the website we advise customers that delivery takes five days. We asked you if there were any other chemicals you required because they could have been carriage free if delivered at the same time, thus saving you money. Unfortunately you were on another call when we rang you, so we were unable to explain the reason for the Delivery Questionnaire to you. As you have completed the Delivery Questionnaire future orders will be automatic. We understand that chemical industry regulations are not always of interest to customers but we are committed to the code of practice for the safe delivery of chemicals.
