I made a first attempt on a single purchase, hoping it goes well and become a customer, however, they claim a fast delivery within 72h, after waiting 5 days, and a weekend trip, it stated that my package was delivered while I was away, of course nothing in my mail box, when I contacted customer service, they declined every responsibilities, so I ended up purchasing and paying for a product I never received, so from this experience, tho it costed me the product and delivery fee, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ONLINE COMPANY and certainly will never purchase from them ever

I bought Mancera cedrat Boise. It was fast. But I’m disappointed a bit because after I received the product they applied discount to this perfume. So I paid more.
When I asked them they didn’t offer me discount code for the first order.
Overall it’s safe to do shopping here.

I was extremely disappointed with the service at easycosmetic. My package containing goods worth €100 arrived at my home empty, and the company left me completely alone with my problem. After my complaint to Deutsche Post was also unsuccessful, easykosmetik apologized to me with a terse AI-generated email. I had at least expected them to offer me some kind of compensation (voucher, etc.).
I will make sure that neither my family nor my friends ever order from easycosmetic again. It was a very sad experience... Better to order from Flaconi or Douglas! My experiences with them have all been very good!

Laut Zustellnachweis wurde die Sendung auf Ihren Wunsch hin an dem von Ihnen eingerichteten Ablageort zugestellt. In diesem Fall gilt die Sendung gemäß den Versandbedingungen des Versanddienstleisters als ordnungsgemäß zugestellt.
Wir haben Ihren Hinweis dennoch geprüft und auch den Versanddienstleister einbezogen. Leider konnte dabei kein Transportschaden oder Verlust auf dem Versandweg festgestellt werden.
Wir bitten um Verständnis, dass uns in diesem Fall keine weitere Regulierung möglich war.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – No Resolution After 25 Days
My order (605903616669167) was marked as delivered on February 3, but I never received the package. Since then, 25 days have passed without any resolution.
Customer service keeps sending the same generic message saying the case is “under investigation,” with no real updates or effort to solve the problem. It feels like they are simply delaying instead of taking responsibility.After reading other reviews, I realized many customers are experiencing the same issue. Unfortunately, I did not see these negative comments before placing my order.Due to the complete lack of progress and accountability, I had no choice but to open a chargeback with my card provider.Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Two bottles of Guerlain fragrances…
Two bottles of Guerlain fragrances arrived both with completely crooked labels on the bottles. Like they were glued by a child. Not a little bit off but terribly off that is obvious right away. The rest of packaging was really good even barcodes were scannable and forwarding to Guerlain site. Still I think Guerlain would never package products with terribly misaligned labels. Fragrance disappears after a few hours almost completely. 99% certain that these are fakes. Company tries to convince me that quality of Guerlain products varies depending on where they are made. Bunch of nonsense, which leads me to believe they are doing this knowingly.
