Keep hand off from EASY COSMETICS
I have placed an order so that I could give a Christmas present for my daughter in Switzerland. As per Easy Cosmetics they initiated a delivery and their partner delivery courier placed on the roadside and he himself stole the product. After raising complaint they said they delivered again thru the same delivery partner. Unfortunately still not received. It looks like a fowl play with easy cosmetics. Never recommended such unauthorised discount sale. Keep yours fingers away. They are least bothered for customer satisfaction

Ive ordered a perfum, order number 476621312655240, unfortunatelly I inputed the wrong address. Wrote customer service informing it and ask how to proceed: They said that the package will return to them and my refund would be processed! The package has been deliveried back to them on the 9th February and so far I havent got my refund.
The customer service is based in automatic messages, not a proper person taking cafe of the mater! Responses here are unfriendly and unhelpful, they do nothing, and have absolute no interest in fixing anything. Cheap for sure, as their level of customer service. Unreliable shop, never again. Im opening a case witj my bank to proceed with a payment back, ive wrote over 20 emails. Never again. Ive lost a little money, but for me they can go bankrupt, i dont care. Even here, the answer is always the same!!! They just keep money of people. A DISASTER

REFUND NOT PAID AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
i bought a perfume that has been sent to the wrong address. The package has been returned to them on the 9th, and they never paid my refund back.
Customer service is just a bunch of robot that keep repeting the same messages! Exhausting ! You send screenshots, proof that the package has been deliveried back to them and all you get is automtozed emails!

Website with lack informations on products, I'd appreciate more details.
But it's cheep, the choice is large and there is a lot of "big deals".

this although, should not be confused with FBTO since I am not satisfied with their services. Despite the fact that they knew that I did not cause the damage, they treated me in a way that I caused the damage. So, this affect my damage-free years and the monthly payment. This is a shame!
