Bad store service.
The delivery was a week. I paid for delivery to my address, but the courier never came to me, although I was at home and waiting. The parcel was delivered to a parcel drop-off point. I had to spend extra of my time, the next day to go and collect it. Poor service. The powder itself is of excellent quality. The colour is ecru for very fair skin.

Wost experience, and your fault
There is only is only one thing the company need to improve: it is the choice of the transport for orders from Switzerland.
I understand that they want to reduce the cost of shipping as much as possible, but we customers , we have to pay for the shipping = it is not free.
So when the worst of the worst company is chosen for your delivery, you know it is going to be a nightmare. And it is every time.
I got my parcel, not delivered this time again, but I had to go and pick it up myself. Do I have to pay for that?
You want to improve: offer free delivery (at least we will not pay for a very bad service), or change your transporter. Because not only the order but the delivery is part of the client experience.
I do not accept your apologies on behalf of the carrier. You can read from multiples reviews that it offers a bad service. However you are not willing to take the necessary actions to correct the issue. I am afraid but your reply is not satisfying.
