Awful experience, quick to give you a call on how to set up and the benefits, but someone somewhere is making a quick buck out of my shopping. Got the first 2 donations and then nothing. Customer services told me what the issues were. Firstly cookie settings, so I changed them all, same thing happened. Then it was perhaps that the retailers terms and conditions hadn't been met. Lets be right here....all four different retailers terms had not been met? Opened claims for three of them. Apparently this can take 6 months and then you aren't guaranteed to get the donation. The only thing quick to happen was customer services closing my account and whipping away the £1.51 we had actually been able to get through cookies and terms and conditions.

The Fundraising Specialist Team have been fabulous - really helpful and full of ideas for extra ways of getting new supporters. Their enthusiasm is infectious!

Intuitive and frictionless to use once you get into the swing of it. Luisa and the fundraising specialist team have been extremely helpful throughout the establishment of our cause page.

I took over the easyfundraising account from a previous admin and the Fundraising Specialist Team have been extremely helpful in making the transition as effortless as possible. They have also been a big help in assisting us with getting as many supporters signed up as possible!

This is a brilliant idea and so easy to use. The support team are very good and responsive. Such an easy way to earn funds for our small riding club.

The donation reminder button is easy to install and a great way to remind one to donate via the EASY FUNDRAISING site or App.

There are only a few merchants (Amazon and Booking.com for example) that the donation reminder doesn’t automatically work for - but I’ve been using EasyFundraising for so long now, that I just remember!!

For all the other merchants - and even those new ones that are added over time - this donation reminder button works a treat!

I see they have raised 45 million pounds for good causes. Do you realise that means they have made 45 million pounds for themselves as they keep 50% if every donation? I think this is extremely greedy. Further, they are happy to pay you your few pennies but not larger amounts. Having paid for a group booking with Warner's and not receiving the money, Easyfundraising came back with their usual excuses that I must have done something wrong so I wrote to Warner's who were able to show they had paid Easyfundraising their commission! With this information Easyfundraising had to cough up. It seems to happen every time there is a larger sum of money involved. I am currently pursuing the money due for my Ocado orders, placed through their website, NOT their app. I have today contacted Ocado hoping they will be as helpful as Warner's were. I would have nothing to do with this company if my leaving it would not disappoint my triathlete great nephew. If you can raise money in other ways, do so as you will get more and not have to spend time pursuing what is rightfully yours!

Re: Easyfundraising's reply. This is an excerpt from the email I received from Warner's "I have been investigating this with the team who have been back and forth with Easy Fundraising. They have confirmed that My Voucher Codes were sent the commission, however they have agreed as a good will gesture to open this up as a bonus for the same amount and have approved the commission and you should now be receiving this." I would point out that My Voucher Codes said they could find no trace of such a payment. I didn't care as, at last, I was to receive the money due to me. It was a long fight, with many emails, but worth it to me. You reading this can make of it what you will. My opinion is unchanged.

Such a great way of raising money for equipment. The site is so easy to use and we are gradually building a list of clients. The Fundraising Specialist Team are really helpful and supportive.

Signed up to this scheme to try and raise money for a World Challenge Trip. Terrible experience. Supposedly have raised over £600 but trying to get money paid out is a nightmare. Don’t know whether this organisation is receiving the money and then just sitting on it, so they get interest, or if it is just poorly managed and the money is not coming in from the retailers supposedly signed up. Don’t waste your time with this, there are better ways to raise money. Concept great but execution terrible. Definitely not “Easy” fundraising!

Since registering with Easyfundraising, we have had a constant trickle of donations tracked and are looking forward to seeing them translate into bank credit on the next payment day. Whilst the % on online sales are small, there are so many retailers linked, and it is so easy with the auto pop up, that the donations really do seem to add up. The Fundraising Specialist Team have been incredibly helpful, flexible and responsive, offering incentive periods for sign ups with £1 for each new registration. As a small school charity which has only just started, we have nothing but positive things to say, and have recommended Easyfundraising to other local charities.

What a con! Had high hopes of being able to raise a little money for our charity, but almost everything rejected, and very little raised in spite of supposedly being able to qualify. Can't now disassociate from the company despite several attempts to do so, and still receiving annoying links to the company. PLEASE do not sign up for your own safety. Also BEWARE, all the positive reviews are generated internally!

Stock responses: There are no retailers to hold accountable. It was a terrible experience, and don't even get us started on the daily spam emails.

What a fantastic, easy way to raise funds for our school. The Fundraising Specialist Team were always on hand to assist and gave me all the details and material to promote our cause, which helped us gain more supporters.

The Fundraising Specialist Team have been enormously supportive and helpful as I started my fundraising journey. There is a huge amount of support materials on the website and the team have also provided me with additional resources which address some of the challenges I have encountered getting people to support the charity via easyfundraising.

The Fundraising Specialist Team have been super helpful with launching this to raise funds for our group. They have been easy to talk to and updates have been useful without loads of spam.

Have used Easy fundraising for many years now, but the last few months most of my donations have not tracked. Despite me ensuring all the small print was followed. Dunelm is particularly bad. I raised tickets for the last two missing donations only for Dunelm to claim no knowledge of the order numbers and Easy told me tough luck. At least the tickets were responded to. Many never get a resolution. Becoming not worth the effort TBH
