Far too many emails, sometimes 2/3
A day and unable to unsubscribe. Started using Easyfundraising in April and have yet to receive a single penny. When I queried this it was “you have to have £15 before payment is made”. The next problem “payments are still pending”. So 7 months on still zilch.

Everyone was really helpful especially the fundraising specialist team. There'was plenty of advice, and very prompt responses to my queries. And the team were prepared to work at my slow speed without being at all pushy.

It was straightforward to set up a cause and help supporters join! The Fundraising Specialist Team was extremely helpful as well - I had a call to talk about how to get supporters and to clarify any questions I had about how easyfunding worked.

The account was really easy to set up once I had spoken to the Specialist fundraising team. The call with the specialist was easy to book and happened right on time. So far, this has been a beneficial and highly recommended experience.

The Fundraising specialist team have been helpful, offering advice and media to help drive supporters. Our cause has had a great start to raising donations thanks to them 🙂

We set up a lab easyfundraising page and worked with Luisa from the Fundraising Soecialist Team to do that. She was extremely helpful and gave us ideas to grow our followers, with incentives.

I recently created an account with easyfundraising to raise funds for our local cricket club.
The process was easy and I received excellent support from the Fundraising Specialist Team which meant that we received donations from the off. The team were accessible and available to offer advise on how to maximise our donations.

Absolutely great idea! You can raise money for a charity of your choice for free while you shop. So easy to set up and use too.

Easy to do and if used regularly raises good money!

I am still experiencing lost donations from Morrisons online despite always ordering the same way through their website. This is not good! What is happening to this money? Does Easyfundraising actually care?

This is a fantastic way of raising money for our organisation. It's so easy to use! The Fundraising Specialist Team have been a great support in getting us set up and providing advice for how best to promote easyfundraising to our supporters.

Too many pop-ups when I am trying to shop online. Will resign from Easyfundraising and give the charity the money direct. Good idea, but irritating pop ups.

I have had a claim declined and I have asked easyfundraising three times for you to explain why the brand rejected the claim as I know I shopped via the easyfundraising link. I have had my claim closed down by easyfundraising support three times as a duplicate claim but still with no resolution. The whole principle of easy fundraising is to encourage consumers to shop with a particular brand on the promise of a donation to your chosen charity. I am extremely upset that this claim has not been honoured as I would not have shopped with the brand I chose without this donation. But I am even more frustrated at going round in circles with easyfundraising support seeking the explanation as to why.

Such a great initiative to raise funds for a charitable organisation without any extra cost to the shopper! Easyfundraising are making such a positive difference for our cause, it really is a win, win situation. They have also been incredibly helpful with advice and ideas to help us encourage people sign up which is invaluable.
