The website was full of useful information and clear and easy to use.

Delivery was made 2 days after the purchase was made. I bought a 3m version in black and the smallish woman who made the delivery struggled to remove it from her vehicle. I found it too heavy to carry.

I've not unpacked it yet but look forward to using it as it was recommended on Which!

Really good quality gazebo. Fast efficient service

Purchased our pop up Gazebo in August 2020 and we have used it 4 times over the 2 years. When we put it up this year the metal arm came apart at join. The longest we have had this up is overnight in good weather, so we called to explain we felt it to be defective. We got nowhere and after the call my husband received a email from the owner, which was all incorrect facts his customer service girl had given to him he accused my husband of screaming at his staff, he clearly didn’t listen to the call as this was untrue, it is just a get out there is no customer service after care. We also asked who regulates the company and have had no response. We were told we must have had the gazebo out in wind untrue, however I would expect a gazebo of this price and claimed quality should withstand wind and rain.
Would definitely not recommend the products or the company.

Very pleased, arrived promptly just in time to use in the garden to provide shade for the dogs.

I bought a gazebo for my daughters family and her young children. They are delighted with it - and they have yet to try the sides out due to the recent sun baking weather ...but they LOVE it ! Ease of
operation - putting up etc was fine ; it has been rained on a few times - again fine . Overall quality they tell me is good .It will be good in Autumn with sides on, to have a covid careful option, for social distancing as needs. So far hasn't needed guy ropes/weights but feel sure when time comes it will perform well ....Prompt delivery considering how delivery can vary with on line purchase. Thanks EasyGazebo folk - I feel its made a great present that should last a fair few years !

the gazebo is well made but the material is rubbish it lasted almost 2 seasons then the next time the roof tore it has gone like tissue paper it has rips all over i kept t have kept the frame and sides but it has no roof can you send another roof thank you r marshall

Product appears good. Only issue is one of the legs has an issue with painting. Has not been sprayed correctly in one area so may rust

This is a tall and heavy gazebo but definitely with its’ Which Best Buy award. Easy to put up and take down, although better with 2 or 4 people than with one (like any gazebo). Only used it once so far. Very sturdy and well built.

Gazebo arrived quickly. It seems to be better made than previous ones that we've had. It went up easily in a fairly confined space. So far we are very pleased with it.

I called to buy a spare leg but they could only help if the gazebo was in warranty.
They directed me to the spares site which I have already tried to contact with no response.
On the website they do not sell the spare legs.
I paid a lot of cash for the gazebo with its ten year warranty that I am told is now a year.
Appalling service
The gust of wind that bent the leg was not strong.
Avoid this company.

Excellent service that cannot be faulted. Having worked in procurement for many years I can honestly say one of the best suppliers I have ever dealt with. Excellent product as rated by Which. Thankyou EasyGazebos.

Substantial, well made Gazebo, if a bit pricey and had to go for a more expensive option due to low stock.

Unpacked and put up main structure with top covering, easy to put up and take down with two of us - recon I can do it myself with practise and patience - so far so good!

Still need to check the side panels are okay but otherwise very pleased.

Even after a technical issue which caused a delay in despatch my order was dealt with quickly and the follow up was perfect. Great gazebos, this is my 3rd and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Very pleased with this gazebo - it seems very well made with a strong and secure frame, and is very easy to put up and take down. It is solid and weighty enough that so far have not needed to secure with additional weights, but still just light and compact enough (when folded) to able to be moved around by a an average strength person.
Delivery was quick and well communicated.
