A good quality product that was delivered quickly. Only slight hiccup with the instructions to construct. They could be more explicit although once conquered and you understand the importance of the sequence it is easy to complete. Definitely recommend purchase.

We were amazed at how quickly the gazebo arrived (2 days later). It is a quality product and worth the extra money (compared to cheaper products). In the past we've bought cheap gazebos and with this product you can definitely tell the difference. The frame is more solid/sturdy and the material is really substantial and feels almost like it's plastic coated. You definitely need 2 people to put it up.

Love the Gazebo, was just a bit more difficult to erect than we expected.

Item was dispatched and arrived within the week.
As a non paying VAT customer (channel Islands) I would have preferred the tax to be taken off the cost, however have had to send a request for a refund.

Great company, prompt and personal service. Only issue was our Gazebo had a small dent in it and the first time we put it up, it was a bit tricky but now we know what we are doing, it's great!

Great company to deal with - very quick and helpful in completing sale over the phone and I was able to collect from the factory to decide which colour preference I preferred .
Have subsequently ordered additional side panels which have been made bespoke to include a window in the “door” - Richard was very helpful in organising this

I desperately needed a new gazebo for a socially distanced barbecue and asked if they could get it to me in 48 hours. They were extremely Helpful and it arrived when promised. It is very good quality and very easy to put up. What I really like is the three different height settings. Would recommend them to anybody.

Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel my order the next day. But EasyGazebos were very understanding and issued me a full refund a few days later. Nice firm to do business with. Highly recommended.

Bought a pop up gazebo late last year. Initially impressed with the quality but after the 2nd time of use the zip gave way on the carry bag. Having been used about 4 or 5 times, despite this being advertised for commercial use, one of the lags bent and fractured. Contacted Easy gazebos and dismissed with " we don't carry spare parts" Not Impressed. I could have gone to Argos and got poor quality like this for half the price!
