So far so good, website to obtain a quote and effect the purchase is easy to use. Call back service is excellent and everyone I have spoken to was helpful and clearly answered my questions. They even helped me get a cheaper quote! I'd give them 5 stars, but I haven't had to make a claim, so will reserve my 5th star in case I do.

unacceptable experience, unreasonable and rude conduct.

More companies should be honest and not increasing numbers.
This was the best company I have dealt with in my 13 years.
Prices are unbeatable.
Thanks

I subscribed to a car insurance with easyinsure wich was a mistake that costed me dearly.
I submitted all requested documents online and heard nothing back until a warning letter arrived telling me that the insurance would be cancelled if I don't provide the required documents.
First of all there was no change on the online portal.
Secondly calling the hotline is futile, no one is ever available, no idea why a phone number is given out publicly.
Then I reached someone by chat 2 days before the deadline on the letter and I was told that my German no claims proof from my previous insurance had no car registration and no date. The car registration was on it but not the date.
Since I am very busy and working a lot I would have needed more time to get that document as easyinsure likes it.
That document was basically not required in my perspective because my quote with 20+ years of driving experience in Germany or with 0 years experience in Ireland ended up on the same extreme price of 1440€ per year.
But no easyinsure insisted on that document having a date even if it was showing my previous cover time and they didn't wanted to extend the deadline.
So on the last day I cancelled the insurance which due to the thievery terms and conditions costed me over 25% of 1440€ because I got back 972€ and I was insured about a month.
It is unacceptable that a simple deadline can not be changed and that nothing is visible online on what might be wrong.
And for a extreme high price of 1440€ per year for a 1.2L petrol Fiat with value of about 500 to 1000€ being in a small town near Cork I would have expected a better service or at least the willingness to work together.
By the way my previous insurance did cost below 300€ per year so 1440€ is stealing.
I have published this review on social media and I hope that you loose more than only one customer with these practices.
Good day.

hello i just bought insrunac for car and im have qouastion ma cleim bonus document can i meak pictores and sending for you
So had originally been insured with a different traditional high street insurance company but decided because of the rate of insurance to go with easy insure , they were very cheap, however as cheap as there insurance is ,their service was completely rock bottom, their professionalism should be compared to that of discount store workers{ no offence to discount store workers} at least they have courtesy, had originally bought a UK reg car and living in Ireland ,they insured the car but gave me a certain time to clear it into irish registration, understandably, so decided to go with an irish car instead, my original car was 2.0 tdi d4d avensis, then I bought a 1.6 petrol jetta , I had travelled 140 miles to pick up this car thinking it was no problem when I got there I rang easy insure, after being 35 mins on hold I then got through to " conor " who didn't know what he was talking about took my details of the car this took a further roughly 20 mins ,Because I kept getting put on hold to speak to supervisors and what not, At the end he basically told me that he had to send this to his manager because its not listed in his database , and that he could not put me on cover until his manager got back to him,
So basically 150 miles from home to pick up car, no insurance, had to get lift home and start all over again tomorrow, rang easy insure following day got through first time, After 40 mins got through to "Brian" who again I was put on hold when he had to speak to someone else for advice , So basically my proposal to switch cover which was sent originally to a manager , "Brian " then tells me that the manager has sent this to the underwriters which have not got back yet to the manager , who will then in turn get back to "Conor" who will then get back to "Brian" who will then get back to me.when I ask to speak to the manager or supervisor I am told their are out on training . I then ask "Brian" if the manager is out on training , how is the underwriters supposed to contact her, or in any event how is she meant to contact him, he cant tell me. I then ask for a previous lock on my account to be lifted , as their is no default or documents outstanding, he advises me that their is no manager in the office to lift it, and I would yet again have to wait another day for this to happen, I am paying for motor insurance to walk around the streets,
So Basically three days later no insurance over 300 mins on hold ,50 euros on phone credit to call an 1890 number, Extremely poor customer service,
