Signed up for trial in the fall of 2022.Realized that it was something I was not going to use and went through he cancellation process back in Sept/Oct. Was assured that it was canceled only to find that they are still charging me $29 per month. Pure ripoff

In most respects EN has been wonderful
In most respects EN has been wonderful. The website is easy to use and clear and comprehensive. I love it and visit regularly. The negative is the EN support and sometimes be awful! They can be rude unhelpful and hostile. I rarely need to use Support and when I do need to I hesitate not knowing what kind of response I will get. Because EN is run so efficiently, I rarely need to use Support. I do not think I have needed support in the last 2 or more years. I am a sports fan and a way EN could improve is to have more up to date Sports posts.
