Poor customer care
After an item I ordered never arrived, I tried to contact their customer service, but the contact form on their English language website doesn't work (and illogically switches to French halfway through), and the phone went unanswered across multiple days when I tried calling. I have given up and have no idea where my package is.

Never received my order. Eventually got a refund in after a month.
Ordered a medicine worth 80 euro. It's been two weeks already and DHL don't know where my parcel is.
Order Shipment number: JD014600012088205978
Waybill: 3644441603
The location of the parcel is shown as Shannon and ready to collect, but destination is Limerick, Ireland. My parcel just magically disappeared.
PS. Got the refund on 18.05.2025, almost a month after ordering.

Terrible service and no products received or refund provided
products bought online with no confirmation email, then to call and find out order was cancelled and refunded, it’s been 5 months still no trace of confirmation email nor cancellation email or refund. Plus the attempt to resolve this issue with customer service was awful, very rude and unhelpful.

Do not order from Easypara if you’re…
Do not order from Easypara if you’re from the UK. I am out of pocket by £75. Easypara are impossible to contact online (my order doesn’t even come up when it comes to ‘select order’), or via numerous phone calls (rings, then automated message, then cuts dead - not great when it’s not a free number). My order from 24/01/25 has never arrived. The one time I spoke to an Easypara human back in February about the delay, I was informed it was due to Brexit (my previous orders from them haven’t been delayed) and they would issue a refund. Still waiting….
Update: Decided to go through FaceBook and message that way. Automated response with an email address, which actually provided a response. Have now been promised a refund. We’ll see how that progresses.
