If I could give zero stars I would. Overpriced for what they offer. The worst customer service. After I set up my account, they called me and arranged a Google meet with a date and time. When the meeting came, the rep never logged in. I didn't receive any response as to why. A complete waste of my time. I requested two support calls through their website. No email conformations (even though the website said it would) and no communication to schedule a call. The worst customer service ever. I tried setting up shipping rules, but it wasn't allowed unless I bought into the plus plan. In fact you can't do any useful work with Easyship unless you got the paid memberships. Complete scam!!

There are better options out there—avoid this company. They take your money and documents first, then start asking endless questions before allowing you to ship anything. Even if you’re just using their system to create labels with your own UPS/FedEx account, they still bombard you with unnecessary and intrusive questions. They justify this by claiming it’s for “Anti-Money Laundering and fraud prevention,” as if they were a bank. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere!
Update 26/02/2025: I have requested cancellation of subscription and requested a full refund of the annual subscription, since they have refused me the service, and now over a month has passed and no money was refunded yet. Will most probably have to take legal action.

During my consultation with your sales representative, everything proceeded smoothly. However, upon activation, unexpected fees emerged. The representative requested a $2,000 deposit and payment for a year's subscription in advance, in addition to various product certificates. This struck me as odd, so I conducted online research and consulted other companies; none mentioned deposits, annual fees, or certificates. When I relayed this to the representative, he retracted the annual subscription, claiming I had misunderstood and that payments were monthly. Now, I am expected to send my merchandise, pay subscription fees, and the deposit. The only thing left is for me to submit my CV to work for you. Moreover, you speak of reputation, but it's evident on we can see it here in Trustpilot that you take people for fools. Fortunately, I conducted research to uncover all this.

Paid for shipping with pre-paid duties in Nov 2024 shipped and package is held by customs for non-payment of duties no help provided, 3 months later no package customs lists as "abandoned" and I will not get it returned.
I've lost the package and shipping and duties insurance was a scam and doesn't cover customs issues... no help from easyShip and Sadhwik from EasyShip simply says If I need more help I need to upgrade my subscription to get more help... no I paid you for a label and pre-paid duties you should resolve those issues I'm out over $1000 with nothing to show but wasted hours on the phone.

Absolutely terrible.
I sent a package that was extremely expensive and paid to add insurance. The shipping company absolutely destroyed the package.
Each ceramic mug (20) were :
1.wrapped in plastic covering
2.then placed in a bubble wrap bag, 3.that was then bubble wrapped. 4.Those mugs were then placed into an individual cardboard box.
5. That box was then wrapped in bubblewrap.
6. All 20 bubblewrapped boxes were placed into a large box.
7. Box was taped and shipped.
The customer recieves all 20 broken mugs, box absolutely demolished (Sent easyship photos of broken box). The customer took all wrapping off right down to the plastic and then snapped photos of the broken mug (again, after unwrapping all bubble wrap). I sent the photos of broken mugs to easy ship and they are denying my insurance claim (that I paid for) due to "innaccurate" packaging based on photos AFTER the customer unwrapped the packaging.
I have sent countless messages requesting to speak to somebody over the phone. They are completely ignoring my information about how they were packaged and falsely accusing me of not adequately packaging these mugs when i have explained over and over again that these mugs were wrapped accordingly. They just keep responding that unfortunately it is denied due to insufficient packaging, even though I have repeatedly explained how they were wrapped and repeatedly asked to verbally speak to somebody.
Do not use this company. I have put over $1000 into this company only for them to refuse my insurance claim based on inadequate information

After shipping hundreds of items with Easyship with relatively few issues, my most recent experience affirmed the generally awful reviews here.
Despite paying for premium insurance, and despite packaging my item (a poster) in standard packaging, including bubble wrap and other protective material, Easyship denied my claim, insisting that my item was "fragile" and required extra cushioning on all sides and a reinforced tube. This neither reflected the status of previous claims made with shippers for identical items, nor their own prior behavior.
It would appear their current stance has gravitated to a United Healthcare "deny first" approach.
This on top of offering substandard couriers and few international shipping options that can provide customs clearance.
Have learned my lesson. Buh-bye folks.

exorbitant shipping fees (from Chicago to Ontario.) $80cad for an $80 item that is neither over-sized or heavy. also, depending which courier they offer (options - ludicrously expensive or outrageously expensive) the custom fees & taxes change - doesn't the gov't set custom/duty fees and tax rates??! I will never again order anything if easyship is used for delivery.

Terrible. I specified in the shipment that the letter was containing documents but they marked it as a sale of goods. As a result, the customs charged fees to me. I contacted them but they don't even reply

Easyship customer service is close to non-existent and good luck in getting any help when things go wrong. Support tickets opened for well over a week and despite being told they have been escalated and looked into, no action was ever taken and no timeframe for resolution.

I booked a shipment using the Easyship-offered UPS option. After checking the status a couple of weeks later, the item was still sitting in the UPS warehouse. After contacting Easy Ship, I was told that the shipment value was over their limit. The value was correctly mentioned during the booking, so I was very surprised that they informed me about it after two weeks and not while making the booking. It took another two weeks to return the shipment to us. complete waste of time and money.

I start using this bullshit company they charge me $260 per year and when i added the $250 Balance in middle of shipping my orders they ask for me verfication stuff and i lost over 16 order delay and i would recommend to use something else like Veeqo / Shipwork

Software is easy to use has plenty of issues that you will discover on the long term. Our current issue is that DHL shipments will never work in DDP mode. So end customers will always be charged for taxes whatever terms you select (DDU / DDP) . Please BE AWARE that if you have an issue, the dev team will never fix it.

I shipped something that ended up being packaged incorrectly and paid the overage charges directly to the courier before I could pick up the packages. Months later, Easyship is still hounding me for the money and my account now has a negative balance. I refuse to pay them the money that I paid directly to the courier.
Beware - their accounting services and customer service is a nightmare. It will waste so much of your time and energy and one must be extra vigilant about monitoring one's account which will fluctuate with charges that come and go. It has been a nightmare to rectify and it's still ongoing even after submitting documentation.

I have been using Easyship for one year now for my business shipping needs. I have had minor issues before, such as extra charges without notice and the shipping estimates not being the most accurate. However, recently a shipment was lost and despite purchasing extra insurance through Easyship they are denying my claim. The support has been terrible and the process has been going on far too long. I cannot recommend this company for when issues arise they will leave business owners hanging and deny to help you.
Stay away.

bought an item from eBay, it said delivered also I was there before the mail man got there and when I looked in the mail there was absolutely nothing in my mail. ebay refused to give money back because it shows it's been delivered. I contacted easyship and no one emailed me back. I would never recommend this company, skip this company and stay away. and yes I do have receipt for proof.
