Stay away. Crooks. The concert was cancelled. I asked a refund for the 50€ ticket. They said excuses to delayed it. They asked me my debit card number, cvc and expiration date. That's how hackers withdraw your money. They denied to refund me to my Ibqn. I am going to the police

What a lousy booking tool. One has to go through every day of an event and check every timeslot, scrolling all appointments instead of just giving a date and do a search. Feels like 90th web capabilities reused.
Worst Ticket Service EVER
I booked serveral tickets in advance to go with family to Monet's Garten in Stuttgart. Unfortunately my family is not able to go on the date planned because of a family emergency. I called, wrote emails, and simply asked to move the date of the purchased tickets. I didn't ask for my money back, I simply asked to reschedule. NOT A CHANCE. They could care less about providing "service" and certainly do NOT care to make it "easy" for people. Even if I am interested in the future in going to an exhibition in Stuttgart, I will go out of my way to avoid "Easy Ticket Service" or anyone associated with them.
