I booked a hotel room from the site as it was the last room available, however, 24 hours after the ordered, I called the hotel to see if everything was alright with the order. The hotel receptionist claimed that they are booked out and they don’t see my order. I sent an email to the customer service and although they answer quickly they were still unable to contact their vendor to confirm my order. By now it’s more than 72 hours after my order, the prices are going up, and I still don’t know if I have a room. A website that shows available rooms when the hotel is booked out is very unprofessional. Very disappointed

I would recommend everyone to book a hotel here. It is safe and easy.

I made a reservation online and, when I got the confirmation, I realized that the date was off by a day. I called their customer service number and the friendly people were able to get it worked out. And the hotel room was $20 less expensive than the price the hotel was advertising.

I was online later evening to book a hotel for that same night and Easy to book came up trumps. Within the hour I was booked in to a beautiful apartment and settled down for the evening.

The booking of our hotel was simple and the hotel exceeded our expectations as it is only classed as a two star one. Would recommend the hotel and the booking agents.

I was worried about using a website unfamiliar to me that required paying the hotel fee upfront. Had to wait 72 hours before the hotel could confirm my reservation. Everything worked out well in the end.

Excellent rate for hotel, clear and easy booking summary, my booking was also confirmed by hotel. When, most reluctantly, I had to cancel, the refund was processed immediately. Most impressed! I will certainly use this site again.

Toronto hotels were booked heavily on the night i wanted/prices of rooms left were high-had used Expedia and Trivago with no joy. Happened on this site-got a great hotel (have stayed there before-Carlingview), and a very reasonable price.

Easy to book. But unfortunately did not found the hotel so had to pay for another hotel.

Made the booking while in a hotel foyer, took about 10 minutes to come through to hotel after the transaction was completed.

Rate advertised in a currency that was not accepted, quote was in PHP, billed in USD, now AUD on my credit card. Two lots of conversion fees?

I liked the function to request the invoce later for the accounting of my officel trip.

I booked a hotel in Orlando fl and easy book gave me the best price better than everybody else ,happy with the whole transaction.

At first I was upset because easytobook withdrew money from my account without the booking going through but when I called them they were fast to book the rooms i wanted at the promo amount I originally bought them for even though the hotel was no longer offering that promotion. They actually covered the rest so that i was satisfied with my booking. I loved how fast they acted to the situation and how fast they resolved the issue. I would definately book here with them again. Plus they had cheaper prices then any other place.

I got 50% deal on my booking in comparison with the most famous hotel reservation sites and with very easy steps.

The only problem I faced, not all currencies are accepted for reservation.

1-The staff was fully supportive
2- the location is great
3- the furniture and size of the grand deluxe room
