Great Price. A bit of admin hassle.
The price couldn't be beat. However, I had a heart stopping moment when I got to the hotel and they had no record of my reservation (which I had paid for online, never having used Easytobook before). Good thing that I had printed out the voucher (as the site encourages you to do, mind you). The hotel booked me in.

Hi,
I was trying to make a booking for a hotel in Coimbatore. I tried on Makemytrip.com.
I saw difference in rates charged in make my trip.com and your website. I was charged a higher amount than what I should have been charged. My Booking Reference : 5279853.
They applied a coupon MMTECO for 40% and the rental on makemytrip.com was INR Rs 427. You are a part of makemytrip.com.
How can you charge a higher amount?
Please match the price.

However, we had definitely booked the hotel and it had been confirmed to us by our business partner automatically, via XML technology on 12th November 2016, the arrival date. Furthermore, we had received no information from them that would make us believe that there would be any problem with the confirmation we had received, nor that you would have any trouble upon your arrival.
Upon investigating with the business partner and found out that the issue originated from a break in communication between the business partner and the hotel and they had taken the necessary steps to rectify the issue to ensure it does not happen in the future.
EasyToBook immediately released our hold on the funds, and the remaining time it takes the funds to be credited back to your account is dependent on the card issuing bank and its internal procedures.
Once again, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused, and thank you once again for your review.

Superb Frontdesk Receptionist & Floater Services
Everything went smoothly and was really delightful as the Frontdesk Receptionist was really friendly and thoughtful. Floaters are also thoughtful as kept us entertained while waiting in queue. Breakfast service staffs was rather cold but it was fine. Overall a wonderful place to ease your minds.
