No Customer Service For Loyal Customer of 10 Plus Years

I have been a customer of easytrip for over 10 years and never had a problem with their service until now when I attempted to remove a tag for a vehicle I no longer have in Ireland. I sent a message to cancel my tag to the contact email address listed in their website and no response. I then sent another email a few days later again no response or acknowledgement of email. I have sent a third email and hold no hope of it being responded to. This is how they treat a loyal customer of 10 years plus service with two tags. both the tags and invoicing have worked fine but they have no customer service. I would advise anyone considering this service to look at an alternate provider as it works fine until you need customer service which they don't have. I am unable to cancel a tag for a car that I no longer have and cannot get any form of reply from the company.

Can't get through

Can't get through, constantly cut off. No call back from the call back service, even though I was third in line. Tried to get a quote for insurance but the website is also flawed (can't enter my profession). On the positive side, the tag works fine on the motorways.

Awful, awful, awful. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I have car insurance with Easytrip. They are not contactable for simple matters such as changing insurance to a new car. My online Easytrip account does not even show that I'm insured with them and they don't answer phones, emails or those bot-powered customer service 'messages'. They are rubbish.

Never able to use

Never able to use - the login they sent me didn't work, and I was never able to get in touch with anyone via phone or email. After I cancelled my direct debit and the automated system told me my account was suspended, I STILL couldn't get in touch with anyone. Now they want the money for the tag I threw away a year ago as it was a useless piece of plastic. Use ANY other company.

A pure scam

A pure scam. This company won't even respond to my emails. They charge €20 per month even if you don't use the service and it seems impossible to cancel the account (if it's an option on their website it is well hidden).

Appalling customer service. Shocking company to deal with

I was no longer using the tags and wanted to close my account so they were sent back along with a letter requesting a refund to my bank account.

There was no facility to cancel my credit card on their website but it allowed me to change digits on my card so I changed some numbers around, however, they reverted the card back on their own accord and withdrew more funds. Is this even legal?

I had to ring my bank and block them from taking funds. So this was in 2018 and I am still chasing them down with emails and phone calls to get my money refunded from my account that they have since closed.

I asked my employer back in 2019 to stop using this company's tag on my company car, they duly obliged, along with the entire fleet!!

If you are reading this Easy Trip, that minimal refund you refused to return, has cost you in the region of around €10,000.

Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. I have a tag for my personal car through our business. It opens car parks at business locations we work in. It also is supposed to work on motorway toll roads. It doesn’t work consistently and we have been fined. No reply to email or direct contact with the company. Avoid.
