Regarding XS Usenet, you’ll need to contact them directly about that. They should be able to refund the money that’s still in your wallet. Since we don’t use a wallet system ourselves, we’re not able to transfer that balance.

Verry fast support service when having a problem with my account. Only thing is I did not receive a notification email that it was time to renew my subscription.

We don’t have a wallet system like XS Usenet used to have, which is why credits couldn’t be transferred.
