Customer service, I had fallen asleep during my delivery period and they sent it back when I woke up was when I realise the next day my boyfriend called eat to try deal with the situation and they sent new food out straight away!! After I successfully received my 2 orders, I put a third order in and my items arrived in 5 days.

Not sure why there are some bad reviews maybe they were just unluckily…..all I can say is everyone of my 3 separate orders went well, I’ve just put a fourth order in. 🥰

Ordered a few items for the kids for school and never received! Emailed them numerous times but wouldn't reply, luckily I Ordered through Not on the High Street and contacted them and they sorted the refund!
AVOID company at all costs! I don't think they actually have the stock, probably some scam site.

After repeated calls to the listed customer support and only receiving a response after multiple emails over a long period I am now here...

After I purchased and paid (including shipping) to receive a BROKEN yumbox they sent me, then having to wait days for a response about shipping labels, to find that i ALSO had to pay for my own packaging only to return the broken box back I am extremely frustrated

I have spent good money to receive a broken box and having spent 1 month of emails and back and forth over getting the refund for this to receive a PARTIAL refund back on my credit card. I do NOT recommend their services. There are so many other providers I will not be using them again.

Ordered a number of items from this company for Christmas. We received water bottles, coffee mug and other items. They make great gifts and arrived in good time. Would highly recommend!

Ordered 3 lunchbags on 6th August, after chaising the order I was told it would be send by the end of month. One month later, 1 day before kids started school I had to cancel the order and rush to buy lunchbags from high street.. not great, don’t recommend.

I ordered two yumboxes/montii lunch bags two years ago and they've been fantastic. I then placed another order this week and it was delivered quickly, is well packaged and looks fantastic. It also contained lots of yellow things which will delight my son. Thank you so much!

Avoid. I ordered on 9/08/20, 9 weeks ago. They told me one of the things in my order they didn't have as they hadn't received the stock. To their credit, they did offer me a refund or to wait for the item, I chose to wait. I have had to email them repeatedly, I have received no emails off them myself with an update without chasing. The worst part though is that despite the fact they don't have the stock, they are STILL selling it on their website, just so more people will have their money taken for a product they don't actually have. Why not remove from the website?
