Absolutely horrendous

Absolutely horrendous. Trying to get my refund from busbud. They said they have sent it but through ebanx. However, i can't recieve it as it only asks for DNI for identity. I can't change it because there is no other option. I have a Carnet which has 1 extra number so I can't fill in that section. They have absolutely no way of contacting them other than their bot which only answers the most basic questions and takes you round in circles. All the FAQs are general and completely unhelpful.

Worst customer service ever!

Worst customer service ever!
Actually I couldn't even contact customer service. The email listed doesn't work, you get a reply that it's not for customer service, and they suggest the Chat. But their chat doesn't work either. I called on the phone but it's an automated message in Portuguese only and it basically says phone is not available and you should use the chat option.
End of story. Impossible to get in touch with them.

Worst customer service ever - Not for SMBs

Actually, there is no customer service - no one replies to your message or when they do, it takes almost a month.

I do not recommend it, mainly SMBs.... really bad UX to manage payments, it's difficult to check reports and you need to do everything manually to send recurring invoices.

By the way, our customers had problems paying via online transfers... and they've complained about filling out the same information about their company every month to pay a recurring invoice.

On top of that, they've just decided to change the way they charge (with this new Ebanx One)... adding a fixed fee starting August. That doesn't make sense at all for us. They communicate that via an automatic email and you could only choose to stay with them this way or cancel the contract, starting next month.

Their strategy, at this point... I think it's much more focused on huge corporations.

Well, we don't have a lot of customers in Brazil... so it doesn't make sense at all for us. I'm moving out, after almost 2 years and I'm looking for an alternative to bill our customers in Brazil in an easier way (I hope Stripe launches something in the coming months to allow us to charge in BRL - they are the best!).

They are a joke

They are a joke! Take people for idiot! No customer support. I received an email saying that they only give service to companies that sell at least 100,000,000 dollars! 1 million dollars!!!!!
