Not everyrhing is so colourfull with ebay

I recently bought a bershka jacket from a seller on ebay and was looking forward to getting it I tried it on and guess what it was like a child's jacket wouldn't even fasten had short sleeves and was half way above my navel!! The seller was passing it off as a regular size large. They don't seem to know much about sizing and should tell their customers if the jackets run smaller. Don't buy bershka jackets from ebay be warned!! You just lose money having to send items back even if you get your original payment back. It cost me extra to buy packaging besides having to pay the postage. They are quick to take your money. They should have proper sizing charts for Chinese clothing.The sellers give misleading information on many of those types of garments and just sell you it anyway regardless and every time you are looking for something they always appear as you get diverted to their sites

I have just been ripped off by a buyer and its a really horrible experience. I dispatched my item in a timely fashion by standard post as sending registered from Ireland unless you are selling a very high value item is going to make it very difficult to sell anything - on the very day I suspect this buyer received delivery of my item he sent an email to say item not received, looked for a refund logging a complaint with eBay - it must have been like striking a jack pot when he saw the item arriving without the requirement for a signed delivery, within a few days the money was taken from my pay pal account and a full refund was issued.THEN to add insult to injury the buyer had the audacity to give me a negative review, I expect this was done to cover his tracks and I have absolutely no recourse. Seems a very unfair and biased system, it makes it way too easy for scammers to operate in this type of environment, the transaction was all done and dusted with a full refund back in the buyers account within 14 working days of when the original order was placed by him.. At the very least the time line should be extended for a refund that might help to discourage some of this type of activity.

To make matters worse the online chat has now been removed so what ever chance you had of getting an issue resolved forget it now. A company consistently receiving almost 50% customer feedback rated at 2 stars and below is not a good sign and Ebay seem to be going backwards and not taking this trend on board at all, their recent removal of the online chat support bears testimony to that. Overall really disappointed and I expect that I will be winding down and closing my Ebay account very soon.

I was looking for a campervan saw one on eBay I read the rite up and desided to go and look at it .I came back with it Never regretted since .The owner was very helpful .No problems whatsoever.
