Ebay wont give me back my money even though the seller canceled the order due to a technical error on their end, the seller never recived a confirmation that I paid so he couldn't ship the order, ebay still has my money. Costumer service is not helping and not giving me clear anwsers on how I will get back my money for the canceled order.... I thought they had money back guarantee? I will never shop from ebay again after this.

They dont lett me have an acount because i order to another place there i live, and i,m booked on another place. and i told them they can send to my other adress but they dont leet me have an acount.

Bannade mig utan given anledning. Bara loggade in (första gången), köpte en cd-skiva med PayPal, och fick bekräftelsemailet att betalningen gick igenom. Sen fick jag ett mail någon timme senare med information om att jag var permanent blockerad utan möjlighet att överklaga.

Fastship79 here eBay sucks stay away they told me even tho I deliver my items I am I risk to eBay it doesn’t make any sense and their liars the rep said literally he tried to help but the company would not let him. But how come when I called all my listings got deleted hard work and time wasted eBay customer service don’t even know what they be talking about and dats sad if I could i would give them a -5 rating I’m switching to amazon

Ebay encourages buyers non-paying behavior. Ebay removed negative feedback option for Buyers ,so now the seller has zero leverage to affect buyers irresponsible behavior. I am relisting and relisting my watches for sale because of non-paying bidders. What a waste of time and effort. Ebay does nothing to stop this abusive behavior on their platform. Actually they encourage it. In an environment of no consequences Ebay buyers just bid on anything without thinking and then just don't pay. Ebay needs to level playing field and reinstate negative feedback for buyers. Stop abusing sellers Ebay!!!

Really good place to get things.. It´s not a buyers fault if people doesnt know how to buy. I prefer to Ally.

Dont know why there are so many negative reviews. If they dont know how to buy here, there is still buyers guarantee. But i prefer ebay more than ali.

I have read that ebay is paying Asians to go and write a good recommendation in pages such as Trustpilot. the webpage is not as good as every one thinks.
Try to go through the 5 stars Ebay has and notice how shady those accounts are! their profile here at trustpilot is a scam
Im concerned online ordering has come to this, consumers is ending up with no rights and no warranty when multinational corporations are working like this.

I've bought lots of stuff from ebay. Everything came in 1 piece and exactly like it was described. Maybe it was just me buying stuff from people with high reviews. I really like the bidding system offered by eBay and the fact that I can negotiate prices with the seller. I will continue to buy more stuff, but just from people with high reviews, to avoid any possible problems. In my opinion, judging by its history, ebay revolutionized the global market and helped millions of people buy whatever they were looking for. Same happened with me.
