Lousy customer service

Ordered a ball cap. Nice quality hat arrived but it turned out I ordered the wrong size. Wanted to exchange it but the right size was out of stock. I returned the hat for refund per the seller's instructions. Tracking shows the hat was received on Dec. 22. As of Jan. 9 no credit has been posted to my credit card account and responses via email (no telephone number is available) from customer support have been totally unhelpful

They claimed they fulfilled and shipped…

They claimed they fulfilled and shipped my order. But the DHL status has been “ EN ROUTE TO DHL ECOMMERCE OR AWAITING PROCESSIN“ for a week. Neither DHL nor Ebbets has any updates. Did they just take my money and run?

Horrible customer service and shipping

Horrible customer service. One minute after placing an order I realized Apple Pay had an old address of mine so I connected with customer service to just update this information quickly. NOPE! They said they cannot change the address. Their "fix" was to let two weeks pass and see if the item gets returned and "we will see what happens".

Suffice it to say I contacted AMEX immediately to get my money back. I'm really not sure who at this company thought this was an acceptable solution. Sad.

Poor customer service and slow as hell

placed an order with Ebbets Field Flannels on Feb 26 for a Toledo Mud Hens jersey.

They took my money and said it will take 4-6 weeks to produce the jersey.

NINE weeks later I call asking what is taking so long. The girl who answers the phone says- Oh- their supplier ran out of the white wool. Must oh have been a hiccup that we didn’t notify you. We just got the fabric in- your jersey will go into production in another 2-3 weeks.

I said that is it? I said I want an apology. She said I’m giving you one. I informed her I want to speak to a manager- she said she would have one get back to me.

No offer to expedite getting the order produced- nothing but “Sorry”.

If they don’t call back and expidite- I will cancel the order.
