Green stuff pads for Discovery 4 - Great feel
I've purchased and installed some 'green stuff' front pads for my Land Rover Discovery 4. Really impressed by the pedal feel and bite the new pad is providing. A noticeable difference from the previous standard pad.
I'm also very much enjoying the reduced brake dust build up on my white wheels!

Disappointed to be let down by EBC.
Ordered a set of RP1 pads, 3 showed in stock on the website. Never had a despatched message to say they'd be sent despite them advertising 'same day despatch.'
5 days passed so sent an email asking for an update, with no reply. Ended up calling to only be told they don't have any in stock, and I had to email in to cancel my order.
Not impressed it took me chasing to find out they don't have stock and they couldn't let me know.
Track day in two days time and a big let down. Will pickup a set of Endless ME22's instead.

The site is easy to use
The site is easy to use, and the customer service is friendly and helpful when issues arise. Delivery was fast for some, but I experienced a delay that was resolved after contacting them. The parts are good quality, but my overall experience was mixed. A decent company, but room for improvement. 3/5.

Lack of communication but quick to request review bwefore delivery ! Why do that ?
Not received yet and no information advising me when to expect. Frustrating as car booked in on basis of expecting these to arrive when initially indicated. Have since spoken to them twice, at my instegation and am eventually advised that not in stock and thats why not delivered but no explanation for why they did not think to update me !

Another quality order.

I've used EBC for the last 15 years and can honestly say you'd struggle to find brake disks and pads this good anywhere else!

Really friendly service. Admin Manager went out of her way to help me through the process and sent direct link to where I needed to be.
