Used the site after finding via reverse image search an item that couldn't be found elsewhere.

The site is functional. No troubles loading pages, creating an account or during checkout.

One month later there's a follow-up email requesting feedback (review) which is IMO a sign the company is interested in what they are doing; the site is not a Set Up Once And Forever cash milkcow but being quality monitored.

eBid is so much better than eBay...! I'm glad I switched...!

While selling on ebid can be hard due to limited views, purchasing has always been excellent many sellers have items cheaper than elsewhere due to the smaller fees that ebid charge . I have been on ebid for 10 years now and every purchase has been excellent.

I have purchased a few things from eBid and not had any issues. There was a good selection of items available and the sellers I purchased from were all genuine and sent the items quickly. My only gripe is their website looks like it’s from the 2000s and it’s not particularly mobile friendly. But it does the job!

Ebid are one of the greatest, safest and best e-commerce platforms for buyers and sellers to trade. My store (Postcard Finder) has been with them many years and they have been truly outstanding to me, and provided my store great sales throughout. So highly recommended. A++++++

I can only rate from a seller's perspective. I've been running listings for 3+ years. Hundreds of various items. I haven't sold, nor had enquiries or offers about anything. A very disappointing experience.

Very good experience. The pen I wanted was available for a great price - the seller sent it very quickly, packed well, and kept me well informed with posting details etc. The eBid site is relatively easy to navigate, just different from another, well-known site. Very satisfied with my purchase, and a good experience.

First time using this site and although there was a slight problem with my order, it was dealt with efficiently and I was very happy with the result.

Very good and less expensive alternative to eBay

Went on this site to buy a vitamin supplement, as price very good, not knowing that they don't accept anything apart from PayPal. Inadvertently signed up for an eBid account and can't seem to cancel it. Really misleading site.

I have been a seller on the eBid Web site for a number of years. Earlier this week I experienced a problem with the listing programme that eBid uses to enable sellers make bulk listings onto their sales pages. Having contacted the Support Team via e-mail, I received a reply that same day. Although members of the Support Team do not give personal names, it was clear from the exchanges that we had that I was dealing with one person, who had taken personal ownership of my problem. The advice and guidance that I received was very clear and helpful. The cause of the problem was identified and clearly explained. I was able to easily respond with the information that was needed to enable the member of the Support Team to achieve a resolution of the problem very quickly. Overall I was very impressed with the level of knowledge and skill of the person with whom I was engaging and their professional courtesy was exceptional.

Well i sign up for Ebid and i had issue from the beginning they keep blocking my account for no reson.....first they ask me my documents i sent them passport and ID as i have a foreign name they got suspicious...mha......than they activate my account....i posted my sale asking also them how to import form Ebay where i have over 35 positive review..no answer...i got blocked again because i was using a foreign IP address, i told them i work for an European company and i use a VPN...this was their answer:
Due to several inconsistencies, we have closed their account ofter careful consideration and it will not be reopen.

They do not even have a CS phone number....EBAY 10000% better even if more expensive

UPDATE APRIL 28TH......i did as request sent more than 5 emails....also sent some new attachment proving my address but i did not get any reply from EBID....if this is the Cusotmer Service how can people use it and buy staff or sell it on their portal???

I've been using Ebid for some time, and it's a much better platform than eBay, for both buyers and sellers. The more sensible fee structure means sellers on Ebid can charge less than on rival platforms, listing's simpler and the search engine actually works. Plus PayPal is included in the payment options. So it's cheaper and easier to sell on Ebid, and easier to find what you're looking for if you're buying. And PayPal ensures that transactions are safe and secure.
