My husband and I went to a few shops to try out
E-Bikes and work out which model we wanted. The staff at the ebike centre, Birdham, were the most helpful where we were also able to test ride a few.
We eventually decided on Trek bikes and waited patiently for them to arrive. On arrival we went and picked them up and the staff were extremely thorough in explaining everything to us and how the Flow app worked too.
Unfortunately after riding 2 miles towards home I had an issue with my bike. We phoned the ebike centre and headed back to them.
The issue was entirely with the Trek bike. The ebike centre were very quick to order me a new bike and lent me one of theirs until mine arrived.
Steve and all his staff were extremely helpful in sorting the issue out which wasn't an easy fix and I also want to thank all the staff for their support in this matter.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and have already recommended them to friends.

First class service over the moon, first class company. If you need your ebike motor repaired this is the place 100% ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent Advice, service and delivery

Tom Norton and his colleagues in Birdham have as ever exceeded expectations today. A bike that inexplicably cut out has been given a new brain (controller!). I am delighted as Tom went out of his way to fit me in to an already busy schedule as he knew I travelled from distance. As a disabled person my e-bike is more than a friend, it is an enabler, so the speedy response is very deeply appreciated. Thank you Tom et al.

If I need the bike or I need work done on mine involving the motor/electrics I will make a two-hour train journey to get to the e bike centre, from London which I think is a sufficiently ringing endorsement!

I put the date of my most recent experience but I've used them for a couple of years so this is really a summary of that.

I first got an e bike during the pandemic in London (not from the ebike center) it was a horrific experience (including not being assembled properly nearly causing a car accident on a busy road!), Which nearly complete put me off cycling. Visited the bike centre when staying at my mother's and was blown away their passionate about what they do, really helpful in providing effective advice, prices are reasonable for what they're selling, generally no complaints. Purchase a bike of them which has been ideal for my needs ever since.

Since then whenever I've needed help or assistance they can really happy to provide it remotely where possible and when I have had to come in person they have done everything they can to be quick and efficient particular given the time it's taken me to get there.

Very much a model of how bike shops should work, and I really wish more were like it!

It's taken me 3 years to purchase a bike and Steve and Richard as well as the lady who was there, were kind and helpful.
I'm an unhealthy novice and unlike other electric bike 'specialists' shops I didn't feel patronised or embarrassed - they were enthusiastic to help me.
I was recommended them by a super keen experienced rider so they cater for both ends really well!

I bought a Haibike hardnine 6 from their Andover branch back in July. I have had a few small issues that were addressed straight away. Very helpful and polite.

I learned more here about electric bikes than in any of the many other shops I’d been to. Helpful, patient, knowledgeable and friendly people. Just one suggestion: that they could explain the difference between cadence and torque systems, especially for older or less able people. I learned practically everything about ebikes from them except that.

Customer service is appalling, so rude and unresponsive. Stay away!

Steve gave me a test ride at the Fully Charged Show and was super-helpful, explaining all the ins and outs of Gocycle. Even though the store isn't close to where I live I felt he'd look after me, so I bought a Gocycle G4i from him. Steve got me set up on the bike, talked me through everything and I went away happy. The bike has been fabulous. And when I got it home and realised the dash was slightly scratched, Steve swapped it out for me, no problem. Great service.

I purchased a Giant Trance E + 2 from the Andover Branch - I initially met Mark who was extremely helpful and I could not have purchased from a better Team of guys. The bike was explained to me in great detail and I was made aware of the after-sales back up.
Upon collection I met the mechanic (unsure of his name) - he again was tremendously helpful and his knowledge of the mechanical side of the bike was first class.
I came away with confidence,feeling I had made a good desision purchasing from the Ebike Centre.
These guys know bikes and advise acordingly.
Andover Branch is new and still expanding, I look forward to a long assocation with them in their progression. I thoroughly recommend the Andover Branch - at last a great organisation that I can put my trust in.

Ordered a Giant fathom ebike, and from start to finish I couldn't have had better service. Considering the drought of e-bikes in the country, and hence it being a sellers market, I was expected rushed service and 'get them out the door quickly' responses from any dealer who's rushed off their feet. Not so here. Excellent support from from start to finish. Will being only shopping here from now on for the family bikes.

I ordered a large frame ebike through Steve at this company who checked availability at the suppliers online while I was in the shop.

A few days later, it transpired that the modeI I wanted was actually out of stock due to an error at the suppliers and Steve scoured the whole country for a replacement using his retail and wholesale contacts.

To my delight he was able to find one and the handover went ahead on the day planned.

He could not have done more to ensure his customers satisfaction.

They have a great range of bikes you can try out on-site and they're highly recommended if you're in the market.

And the bike is brilliant (a Haibike).

We were recommended the e-bike centre by friends. We were very impressed; the staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. They took the time to show us many different bikes from their very impressive range on display. My wife then tried quite a number and finally settled on one. At no point, did we feel pressured…and the follow up service including on the day the bike was delivered was excellent. I would recommend the e-bike centre to anybody who is thinking about an e bike.

These were the only guys that had the exact electric mountain bike I was looking for. Exact make, size and specification. Great service and they have been very helpful ever since. Highly recommended.
