combination (BA and Virgin Atlantic) contains a complete bagage-handling.
A contact to Virgin-A. has shown that there is no direct handling between both
airlines. We found it out by ourself.

Great price for my flight from Frankfurt to Brazil stopping in US and back to Frankfurt from Brazil! Same price as flighting direct to Brazil and back to Frankfurt with other companies!

works good enough but never got a bill
Everything works good. Plenty of flights available. HP fast enough.
But I never got a bill. On the overview of the costs the tax is not separated. That means if the flight is 19% and the Hotel is 10% you will never learn how much was each. Sad, if you want to claim back taxes.

Travel confirmation of reservation good but reservation procedure could be better
+ All details listed in confirmation mail
+ Separate mail with E-tickets
- credit card fee not shown until last step and I paid 12 Eur for Mastercard
- when writing mail-adress during booking its not asked to repeat it to avoid a typingfault, that mean if you wrote it wrong the mail will not arrive to you

Problems with payment
I booked many times through ebookers.nl. One of the times there were technical issues and te ticket was not booked while I paid. I called the customer service and I had the money back on my account right the next day.
I moved to Germany and booked 3x through Ebookers.de. Two times out of these three there were technical issues and I didn't get the ticket. I had to wait both times 2 weeks to get the money back, and in the meantime the tickets that I wanted to have were gone.
Prices on your website are very good, however you need to work on the technical issues as I am afraid to book another time through your website and I'm not sure if I will be using it again in the future
