Well, I like the product, 4 chairs rococo. Unfortunately the currier didn't want to bring 2 boxes to my flat on the 4 floor. He left them in the staircase. I was not aware that I did not ordered the service together. Maybe because I did not notice in their order form any place to tick it? I do not know. So I had to unpack chairs and one by one bring them to the flat. One another thing is the quality of the chairs. I am quite ok with it but they are not the first class product. They have plenty of small flaws, like lacking paint in some places, rough wooden surfices left, fabric is quite cheap. But... I have a table in "gustaviansk styl" and those chairs perfectly match to it. They also are quite wide and comfortable, much better than matching antique chairs.

We bought 2 Thames nightstands (sengebord) from eBuy24 and were disappointed with both the product and the service, especially considering the price. Although our order indicated someone would contact us the next day to arrange delivery, no one had reached out a week later. At that point, I contacted them by email, and I did receive a quick reply to my message. Delivery was coordinated easily from that point.

Unfortunately, when the nightstands arrived, they were of a disappointing quality. Described as "træ" on the website, they turned out to be particle board that smelled very strongly of chemicals and paint, to the point that they needed to be put immediately outside and kept there for a few days to dissipate some of the smell. (They still stink, just a bit less than they did at first.) They were also covered with a white powder that got everywhere. Finally, the quality of the finishing work was poor: there were small nicks and scratches in the furniture when we received it, and the paint job on the front of the drawers was hastily done, with spatters of spray paint bleeding on the drawer sides. The inside of the nightstand (behind the drawers) is unpainted and unfinished particleboard. The paperwork that came with them listed the model not as Thames, but Thais, so it's possible these are an imitation of something else.

If we weren't completely exhausted from an international move, we'd return them for a refund. As it is, we are keeping them so we don't have to start searching for something new, but we will not order from eBuy24 again. They looked so great in the pictures, and we wish they'd been as wonderful in person.

we like the bed, the wood came with a little fractures and the draws are a little different size so some has a little more work to open or close, and the low bed the board beneath is super thin, instructions good

I was a bit disappointed with the guy responsible for the delivery of my furniture. He was calling me when I was at the office (5 min walk from the place where I live). I was asking him to wit 5 min for me to come. When I arrived he was not there anymore and the very heavy delivery was left at the entrance of my building alone and without anyone surveying it.
I was calling the guy and he was telling me that he was coming back (at least to help me pushing it inside) and he never came again.
Really dissaponted! Very bad attitude and behaviour!

Orderd goods on a Monday afternoon ,recived confirmation e mail within minutes. Morning after received phone call asking if they could deliver following day.
Goods delivered on time and in perfect condition.
Who can ask for more.

Super god service

We bought the bed and very next day delivery was ready. Impressive. The quality of bed is very high as compare to other sellers. We are very happy with it.

Never received a receipt for my internet purchase, despite the website explaining that I would receive a receipt-of-purchase on my e-mail. The goods were delivered to my address, on-time and without problems. A full assembly of the product was required that took me 2 full days to complete (the instructions stated that it should take 2 hours to complete). The reason for this were the very poorly written instructions for assembly that could NOT be followed by any reasonable person. I attempted to contact the manufacturer with a question and received a rude phone call that prompted me to solve the problem for myself.
