While traveling, I urgently needed an AC adapter for my work and gaming laptop. Most merchants required at least a week for delivery, as these are often special-order items. I paid 7.5 times the value of the product for expedited next morning delivery since my business depended on the item. It is now ate afternoon and the product has still not arrived. Very poor experience. Will never buy from this company again

I had searched for a battery for my Sony MiniDV camcorder for several months with no luck until I came across Ebuybatteries. They still had the battery listed and at a very reasonable price. I had ordered 4 batteries and paid with PayPal. However, I received a message from Jack telling me they only had one battery in stock, and it would be sent immediately. Also, a full refund was issued for the other 3 batteries including shipping. The battery arrived in 2 days and was brand new and an exact replacement. It was fully charged and fit my camcorder perfectly. I have been using the camcorder for 3 days now and the battery has plenty of capacity. These are very honest and reputable sellers and I would highly recommend them for any battery needs. Thank you again Jack. A+

I mistakenly bought the wrong adapter for my computer on May 7, 2024 from Ebuybatteries. I brought this matter to the attention of their customer service department.

Priscilla found the right adapter (which I purchased) for my computer and told me that I'd receive a refund as soon as they received the original adapter that I bought.

Ebuybatteries delivered. I got my refund promptly and the new adapter is the right one. Great customer service all-around.

Purchased a power adaptor for my laptop, on first use discovered the cable is already shorted, you wiggle it it might work, walk away it stops charging.

Awful customer service experience. 9 months after purchase the charger began malfunctioning. Informed Priscilla at eBuyBatteries, reminded them of their 1 year 100% refund warranty promise (as published on website). My requests for full refund were ignored and I was offered 15%. I declined but voluntarily offered to waive the postage refund their warranty promised and to accept a refund just for the charger cost. They still refused my request. When they paid me the 15% refund via paypal without my agreement I sent it back to them. Awful experience.

I bought two laptop batteries and they have both gone bad shortly after a year. No wonder their quaranty covers a year!
