Products were fantastic. I received them quickly. I accidentally ordered two of one of the products and I called customer services who helped me send one back and get a refund. No charge to return and very helpful and friendly. My son is very pleased with all of the things that I ordered from the site and the computer is beyond what he could have hoped for

Ebuyer, as a PC company, was absolutely amazing

Bought a discounted air cooler for around £12-15 I believe. Ebuyer, as a PC company, was absolutely amazing. So my rating is based on the PAST.

Very good retailer
Whenever I need to buy anything technical I always find ebuyer has great stock and an easy purchasing journey and the support is excellent and I always find the price it's very good as well. I've bought several times and I had a recommend.

The "new" Ebuyer is a sham
The "new" Ebuyer is a sham. They are just using drop shippers now, and, in my case took my money for a laptop and even though I have asked on multiple times for a refund, because it is stuck at "processing" have fobbed me off with thank you for you patient sops.

Ebuyer deleted my account to dodge a £350 GPU replacement!
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Ignored emails, no RMA follow-through, and my account seemingly deleted to dodge a £350 GPU replacement.
I am extremely disappointed with Ebuyer. I raised an RMA for my faulty GPU worth £350 back in early August, and after initially confirming the return, I’ve been completely ignored despite chasing multiple times by email.
Even worse, my original account appears to have been deleted — I had to re-register just to log back in. It feels like this has been done to avoid dealing with my return, which is completely unacceptable.
I have been a loyal customer in the past, but this experience has destroyed my trust in the company. At the very least, I expected honest communication and a proper resolution. Instead, I’m left out of pocket with a dead GPU and no updates.
Unless this is resolved quickly, I will have no choice but to escalate through Trading Standards and my payment provider.

Deleted my account without telling me.
Well, not long after my last review, I went back onto their website after finding out they got bought out by the House of Frazer group, and I found out that my 20+ year old account had been deleted by them, and they no longer sell computer components.
It's basically become a bog-standard console, PC, TV, etc website. Part of me is very annoyed that they deleted my long-standing account without informing me first, which I spent £5k this year alone.
But part of me thinks that the Frazer group do not deserve to be in the PC market game after that. And not informing me that my account was being deleted, just no warning whatsoever.
Overall, I'm staying away from anything the House of Frazer Group own, now one of my favourite PC buying websites has gone down the pan thanks to them. They don't deserve my business anymore!

They've gone from one of the best places to buy computer equipment to the worse possible site/company ever.
