I never received my product, THIS IS A SCAM!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS!

Order placed 9/13/2020: Order #: 3348et Bouquet Teardrop Butterfly Brooches for my Daughter's Wedding . Credit Card Charged 9/13/2020 $89.95 they went thru PayPal - Merchandise Received Destroyed.
Have tried since 10/01/2020 to reach them , all numbers I have called are out of service, e-mailed no response. Tried searching for a customer service person it was posted $2.99 to speak with customer service, but you had go thru PayPal . Then I called Discover CC, put in a Dispute Billing Resolution , account credit for $89.95 then put back on my credit card. If anyone has a solution please post it.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY...I would give them a HUGE 0 IF I COULD!!! I ORDERED A PAIR OF HEELS AND THEY LOOKED GOOD ON THE PICTURE ..BUT WHEN I GOT THEM THEY WE VERY CHEAP MADE AND HORRIBLE ..THEY ALSO GAVE ME THE WRONG SIZE AND COLOR .WHEN I EMAILED THEM AND TRIED TO GET A HOLD OF THEM THEY SHUT DOWN THE SITE AND NEVER ANSWER...

This company is NOT trying to be civil. They sell you the item and then shut down the website afterwards; why do that unless you're being crooked? They are on Amazon.com (google them) and sent me the wrong item.

They suggested I buy another one and I'm not going to buy another when you sent the wrong thing the 1st time. People be aware of NACHA (National Automated Clearing House Association) rules; they're NOT a government entity and are paid by banks to run these transactions (ACH). There is no rebuttal for goods and services under NACHA rules.

Be VERY careful who you buy from, research them heavily, look for reviews (such as this website), and save your money. All these companies want is YOUR money. DO NOT buy anything from companies and don't trust that anyone is being honest at all. Many companies (USA and outside) do not be honest deeds. Your dollar is what they need to thrive and without it, they WILL go bankrupt and lose money because WE, the people, are the $$$ for ALL these business. Choose wisely WHO you invest your $$$

This company should be made to take it website down! It’s a scam! I never received my order nor do they respond my request for a status update. Were is the consumer protection here!

This company is a sham! While I eventually received both of my orders, (one took 3 months!!) not one item looked like the picture I ordered from. VERY CHEAP!! I am fighting on PayPal to get a refund from them since they never returned one email. I paid $39 for one top that looks like it should have been $5.00 from Gabe's. And no offense to Gabe's.

This company definitely a scam back December 19,2019 I made a $79 purchase of two evening wear (dresses) January 4, 2020 I received one dress of which I didn’t order and now when I go to check for my other dress arrival I’m not able to get into my account it has been blocked. STAY AWAY UNLESS u have money to THROW away😡

Ebuytide is unprintable as to what I want to describe their service as!..I have paid good money to no end and can I get a response from their corpses!!!???...No!!...Don't go near it!!.

This site is a SCAM!!! I ordered several items beginning of November and it is now 14 days til Christmas and NO Word or NOTHING about my order. They have NO contact phone number and no matter how many times you email them asking about your order they NEVER RESPOND. There is something so Wrong with this “trendy online clothing” company.

I sincerely regret that I did not look up reviews for this site prior to buying a dress from this website. I agree with the other reviewers on Trustpilot about the lack of customer service. I ordered an evening dress for an event, and when the dress arrived it was a summer, floral dress suitable for a beach vacation. It was so far removed from the picture that it beggared belief, quite frankly. How the warehouse pickers got it so wrong, I will never understand. I have sent emails asking for an RMA and return address, but do they respond? No, and I doubt that they ever will. Buyer beware!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. Everything online looks great, but the quality you get is cheap and it doesn't look at all like what it shows on their website. The clothes don't fit properly and they're so poorly made. This site is a scam. They say they have a refund policy, but I have yet to hear back from them after countless emails asking to return my purchases.

I wouldnt have tapped one star if I didnt have to. I ordered a dress from the and paid for expedited shipping on July 13, 2019 and today is July 27, 2019. The dress never arrived. I have emailed constantly and I've gotten no responses. BEWARE, PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL ROB YOU!!!!!!

I ordered a dress and a few days later I had buyer's remorse because I thought it may not even come but to my surprise it did arrive. However I cannot fit it. Their sizing is all off. I ordered a size large but it seems like it's an extra small. I would like to return it for a refund and per their return policy they accept returns however they do not tell you how and where to return it. I tried emailing them but no response. I was skeptical about ordering from them in the first place, I wish I had went with my first instinct.

Please do not purchase anything from these people. I have purchased a dress and never received it. They are not responding to my emails and I have emailed them 4 times. Please DO NOT PURCHASE anything from them. It's a SCAM!!!

My wife loves this hoodie! She loves the color, the look, and the material. It’s thinner than expected but it is still warm enough to wear like a shirt. The material is soft and cozy (her words), and after 3 months of having it it is still in good condition and not faded from wash. The fit is accurate to the sizing. I was unsure if I should purchase online because it is clothing but turns out it was well worth the purchase.
