Textbook fine but 2 weeks delayed

The actual book is fine, but... My textbook was ~2 weeks delayed because it had shipping delays from publisher's warehouse to ECampus's shipping facility. Once the textbook was with ECampus, I got an Amazon tracking number and the actual book was fine. If I had known when it would arrive, I would have gone with a different retailer to have my book for the first few weeks of class. ECampus has been sending me texts and emails asking me if I even received my book. Amazon tracking was fine in real time but is now messed up while looking back at my Amazon tracking receipt, it shows as order placed on Sept 8th and delivered on Sept 12th when the order didn't ship until Sep 16th, delivered on the 18th.

Workbooks received

The process went well. My book wasn't in stock but customer service was able to expedite shipping so it helped it get to me a bit sooner. Nice work by customer service to research and get it set up when it got to warehouse.
