Genuinely impressed by their professionalism and friendly manner. Will be asking them to quote next time the house insurance is up for renewal

A truly outstanding and rare commodity in todays more common"make the customer fight for everything and give as little as possible" attitude of most insurers. We had a serious roof leak, I was dreading having to make the (very necessary) thinking that every step would be a fight but it could not have been further from the truth. The whole claim was handled sympathetically and absolutely nothing was disputed by them.

up to this renewal i always thought of Ecclesiastical as an ethical company given there name i even have a burial insurance with them, however the latest renewal of both my contents and buildings insurances (separate)have risen by £50 each now i don't mind a reasonable increase in yearly costs but when you have never had reason to claim at anytime this is a bit steep nearly £500 for house insurance, suffice to say im looking elsewhere

The claim experience from Ecclesiastical Insurance is the best I have ever experienced. The claim handler was very friendly knowledgeable about my claim and demonstrated much needed empathy when I was explaining my lost of a very precious item of jewellery. The claim was dealt with very promptly and efficiently and with very little effort needed by me. No
