Sent incorrect items, failed to resolve in time, twice next day deliver wasn’t next day.
I placed an order for 6mm and 8mm rods, next day delivery. Did this at the beginning of the week knowing I needed to fly them to a job the following Monday, plenty of time. First events job for our business since March lockdown, rods are integral. Company sent all 8mm rods, arrived 2 days later not next day. Company didn’t believe me and requested photos which I provided showing all clearly 8mm. Was told on Thursday they’d send the 6mm next day for Friday and that I’d be emailed a tracking reference ASAP. By Friday 4pm still no tracking reference and no poles. Called. Now nothing they can do. No resolution offered aside from cancelling the delivery that won’t arrive until after I’ve left the country to do the gig I need the poles for. Just a refund on those poles, nothing else. Now I’m left totally screwed at 4.30pm on a Friday with no chance of sourcing elsewhere in time. Fuming doesn’t come close. MASSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE FAIL. I only chose this company because of its next day delivery option on its website. Twice now it’s been longer than that. Pointless and really unsympathetic to the disaster they’ve caused me.

Excellent service. The gel coat kit supplied had every item down to towelling. Good clear instructions on how to prepare and apply the gel coat.

Questions i had before the order, all resolved by phone. Delivery details chased down and resolved promptly. Other orders all checked by seller via phone. Shipping and COSH regs complied with. Greatly pleased by all dealings with ECFS. l intend to keep buying from them.
