I have had a review for them but somehow it's gone? They used to be good, my package would be shipped fast and I would receive it after a couple of days. Not sure what happened to them but 2 times I was getting some answer that they are doing maintenance on the site so items I wanted to purchase were out of stock. 2 years from that it looks like they had shut down the site.

Amazing website from where you can buy cheap and quality products, especially for children.

Ordered some beauty items, good services, quick and easy transaction and free delivery. Going to order again soon!!

Ordered Saturday evening, got delivered the next Saturday morning. Got a dispatch confirmation by email. Dispatch took a bit longer, but their standard delivery was next day

Used to be good. Not now! Terrible service. Products ordered are never in stock although they say they are available. Delivery time can take forever too now.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY unless you’re happy to wait for your delivery for days on end, not be updated and chase what’s happening to your order... I ordered a couple of products 3 weeks ago, received an email saying one product was not in stock and then nothing. I called them to ask what was happening and they said one product was not their their warehouse but the other was. I asked for the one in stock to be shipped which they did promptly but 3 weeks after my order and i still haven’t received the other product! I have just put the phone down (i called them as there was no update from them) and they are checking when the product will be back in stock. Next time i would prefer to pay a little more but not have to deal with such dreadful service.

Placed an order months ago was told item out stock emailed them 2 weeks ago no reply still no item or refund ??

They must be an angle at eChemist right now because finally my orders are getting to me on time and they even have the courtesy to call me. I know Christmas will be a busy period. I hope you can keep the service.

The prices are good but :
1. The shipping time worldwide is very slow (1 month usually)
2. Many times after I make an order I get an email that the some item is not avialable and i have to cancel my order.

Placed my order with no issues. Checked a few days later and it was 'On Hold'....and stayed this way for a WEEK. No explanation from customers service. I emailed to tell them I needed the parcel by a certain date and they assured me that it had been sent out via 1st Class and would arrive the following day. It never arrived until the day after and obviously had not been sent 1st Class. The worst aspect was the attitude of the customer service rep who responded to my emails. She was unhelpful, curt and rude. If I responded to my customers like that, I'd be out of a job, believe me. This lady seriously needs to brush up on her CS skills!!

I don't know what more to say, other than I don't have a clue when or if my order will turn up... From what I have read on here, it has me regretting the fact I even ordered from this place... I need to start checking reviews before placing orders!

Update: I finally received an email telling me it was out of stock and would be back in soon... told them to refund me, still waiting!

Purchased a tube of Flexiseq for the old man under the recommendation of their overly-informative staff. The delivery arrived next day as promised and the product was perfect. His arthritis pains lift about couple minutes after application, tried so many products before this with no success. Very grateful of their service! Definitely order again, now he's recommending to old people everywhere.

I was echemist's loayl customer for years. However, when my order never arrived (ordered early July, as of mid September still not received) and I applied for replacement or refund in accordance with their Terms and Conditions, did not even receive a courtesy of reply. Used to be a good company, now a disappointment from product choice and Customer treatment perspective. Not recommended.

They have a reasonable product selection, but unless you choose to pay for express delivery services it takes a week or more to receive your items. (I'm still waiting)! Curt email responses to queries.

For an internet based company I find their service slow and there are better companies out there.

Goods arrived as described very happy.

Prices are labelled as 'delivered' on the website, but after I click to checkout, the website starts charging me for delivery. I write to the company to ask for why, it explains the delivery charge applies to any purchase less than £20 or over 2KG. So really the prices on the website should NOT be labelled as 'delivered' while there is a delivery charge. It seems rather dodgy and dishonest to me.

I have ordered often with this company and am very happy. Living in the States now I do shop quite often online. Every order I have placed with this company has arrived at my house within 8 days of posting even using the free regular shipping method. What really pushed me to write this review was that I had one order that I never received. I emailed customer service and received a response in 10 minutes! Once I waited the required amount of time for the shop to claim the lost parcel through royal mail (I believe 15 or so days and I waited longer) I again emailed and again got a quick response. I did not really expect much, shops here in the States don't usually replace lost parcels but immediately I was given the option of a refund or to have the item reshipped. No hassles at all. It was a small item an not likely their fault the post here lost it but they posted a replacement to me straight away and I received it in 8 days! First rate friendly customer service and unlike many sites that ship to the US their prices are not marked up, they are right around what they were when I lived in the UK only a few months ago.

I usually never bother to leave a review before, but i make an exception for echemist. By far, echemist is one of my favorite webstore, it's cheaper comparing to the other webstore that also offer a free worldwide delivery. Although sometime they are kinda slow in re-stock items that sold out. But they do carry varied brand, so it's quite quench my shopping thirst :)
