My delivery did not make it unscathed through the mail. One of my order of three bottles of e-juice was broken. I mailed Ecig-shop and send them pictures to make it clear how and what was broken.
Josselin at ecig-shop mailed me back and told they would send me a new bottle as soon as possible. Within three days I received a brand new bottle. The way they or in this case Josselin answered my mail and the speedy follow-up makes it one hell of a great shop in my book. Have them firmly in my favorites list from now on :)
