Excellent company to deal with
For a long time wanted a folding ebike and found ecity cycles on eBay and brought one I'm so glad I did the bike is great handles everything well, even though I'm 17st and the best thing it folds down so can be stored and transported easy .It was delivered really quickly although arrived with small damage to seat so contacted customer service and they were exceptional and sent me new seat within a day ,a rare 5 star company that I highly recommend.

Great investment for my sons work commute
My 17 year old son has to go into work for his apprenticeship and used to get the bus. Because of COVID I did not feel comfortable with him getting on the bus and decided to get him an electric bike so he can commute safely into work. He absolutely loves it - super quick to charge, battery lasts ages, folds up so small so he can put it in a safe place at work and he loves the design!
Best investment and in the New Year going to treat myself to one as well!

Fantastic ebike and first class customer service. Had my ecity cycle about 3 weeks now and I am thoroughly enjoying the experience. The bike is just what i need to get me out and about and improve my fitness levels. Its everything ecity cycles promised, it's super comfy to ride and charges so quickly! The bike was delivered to me next day delivery as promised and when I had a few questsions they were so helpful over the phone and email. Brilliant service from start to finish. My only gripe? should have bought one sooner and enjoyed the summer weather!!!!

I purchased this bike for my daily…
I purchased this bike for my daily commute to the station. The battery life is very good, I only have to charge it once a week. It is also fold up which makes it easy for me to take it on to the train. All in all great value for money, would definitely purchase again.

Would highly recommend this supplier. I've had my Ecity Cycles bike now for a couple of months and it has been a game changer. I particularly love how easily it folds up so I can take it on the train and into the office without taking up much space.

Brilliant bikes and great customer service
Been debating getting an electric bike for a while and so glad I decided to take the plunge. Super impressed with how easy the bike is to fold up and transport, and how good the quality is - same quality if not better than electric bikes that are double the price. Great customer service replied to my email in a few hours and very quick delivery. Highly recommend!
