great sale for the 4th

great sale for the 4th, had a small problem but the staff made all good.!!! super fast shipping to kansas. every time i place a order the staff at "Ecklers" have done a super job of shipping and package the parts. looking forward to dealing with them again.Thanks again.

Over the phone help

My sales man helped me get the parts I wanted. He called me back when I couldn't find how to put both items in my cart. Also took my payment over the phone. He was very nice and pleasant.

Go elsewhere and I promise you will thank me

I ordered a pretty big order on my car and they will tell you exactly what you want to hear to make the sale. Be very careful if you use this company. Lied to about hardware for things I bought and bought a compete convertible top for my 1967 Camaro. It was” INSTOCK “ when I bought it. It never came. I was sent a email to send the back convertible window back after being told someone with authority would call me several times. They won’t call you back at all no matter who says they will. It’s been a month and I was told July 3 and that’s a month or more when I ordered it, now they are July 28! I will have to get a refund money and try to find another company that can deliver. Lots of folks are getting sick and tired of this from what the FB groups post. If you call them….. They will make the sell telling you stuff is in stock when it isn’t.
I ordered on 5/28 and been lied to enough. They sales ppl work from home so you can see why they get away with this kind of behavior. My sales person was named Jarred. P.S they don’t take responsibility and blame the suppliers. Not a company I want to give my hard earned money to! Just don’t if you need something important.

1959 T-Bird Customer

Issues were really never solved in a…

As a very long time Eckler's customer the recently ordered fuel pump malfunction issues were really never solved in a very positive way. Very disappointed with the lack of technical support with helping me resolve this issue and lack of technical customer support that evidently know nothing about the the parts they sell as the individuals I dealt with tonight are simply salesman and they obviously had very little automotive knowledge or mechanical experience whatsoever !!!
