Won't deal with this company again!
Won't deal with this company again! Placed an online order for a part "in stock" with an OK delivery date range. No indication from the website or emails that my order was ever received. "Live person" chat function is an unresponsive AI program. 2 separate phone calls to customer service requesting an order confirmation email and shipping details/tracking number. No emails ever received. If you like dealing with a company that lacks follow up & drops your orders into a black hole - this ones for you.
Lost a customer over $6
I ordered a part on the 17th of April and got confirmation it was being shipped on the 18th. My card was charged on the 21st. It was supposed to arrive by the 24th. It didn't arrive so I called to find out the status and was informed that it had been canceled and I should have gotten an email and text, plus a refund back to my card. None of that happened, so I asked why was it canceled and was told it was out of stock, even though the website showed it was still in stock. He confirmed there were 10 available. He said he couldn't resend it because I already got a refund, which I never got. So I called back to the parts department and explained everything and said I obviously still needed the part. They said they'd make it right, but when I asked if they would cover the shipping to make it right the reply was NO! They did nothing to make it right, including never refunding my money. So I ordered it again in the hopes that it shows up this time, and will await a refund of my first order. I can't believe they refused to cover a $6 shipping charge to make up for their multiple errors, or to keep an existing customer happy. After I get this part I'll never order from them again, or recommend anyone to them.

Very clear descriptions of parts and pictures.Wood replacement parts are a little over priced ,I PRICED OTHER SUPPLIERS and found they were about 20% lower for the same items. I realize your in business to make profit but I believe you could sell more of the same by being a bit more competitive price wise.

I hadn’t ordered on-line for a couple years and it appears their website has been changed since then. Not as easy to navigate as the old one, with lot of glitches where it jumps to different pages on its own.

I tried all possible ways but could not find a way to buy them by direct correspondence from USA to Cyprus .
It's a pity .
