Sent wrong part, this happens all the time when I order parts from your company and I have to send back repacking, taking it to the shipper to ship it back to you and then waiting to get the replacement part hoping it's right that time.

I ordered on-line because of Eckler's reputation and the company was recommended for their quality products. I have not received the order, however, have received an e-mail the item is shipped.

Worst Customer Service Ever.
I placed an order on 4/16/25 and was told the part was on back order. I contacted Eckler's numerous times to get a status update, each time I was told that they would have to follow up with the vendor on Friday and they would contact me with the update. There was never any follow up providing a ship date. This went on for 6 months until I finally cancelled the order on 11/26/25. Instead of issuing a refund they issued a store credit. I told them I wanted a refund; they said that they tried to refund the amount due back to PayPal and PayPal refused to take the refund. I asked them to send me a check, which they said they would do. I have contacted them several times since to get my refund and keep getting the run around. I called PayPal yesterday asking if there was a problem with accepting the refund and was told no, that they would process the refund. Once again, I called Eckler's and was told the same thing. I insisted on speaking to a manager and none were available; I was told that Nuno would call me back. A day later and still no phone call. This is the worst customer service that I have ever experienced and will never do business with company again.

Prices are outrageous. Quality is low unless you overspend. But the reason for my review is:
Their contests are fixed. How are winners announced hours before they're supposed to be drawn. This example is Mystery Prize 3. It was supposed to be drawn a 7pm eastern yet at 3pm Eastern it was already announced.
It's one of the many reasons I use other companies before Ecklers. Honesty doesn't live there.

They tell me my order is under review. I've contacted them to find out, but I haven't received a response. I've made two purchases, and I don't know what's going on. This isn't good customer service. They don't respond to my chat or emails. I know I'm limited to phone calls because I only speak Spanish and I'm in Argentina, but I'm not getting any answers through other communication channels. I want to complete the purchase. If there's a problem, please let me know.
