Misleading your clients
I was promised that I would receive $30 per standard lot on the GBP/JPY pair, in addition to the markup, and I was informed that this was possible. However, after registering and starting to trade, I discovered that all of this information was incorrect and misleading, and that it was false and used only to attract clients without granting the promised authorities or permissions from your side.

Frozen Deposit, Cancelled Profits, and Broker Silence
I opened a swap-free account to trade XAUUSD and deposited USD 10,000 (via crypto). The account executive, was aware of the scope (0.01–0.50 lots; staggered exits over 2–24 hours). Within 24 hours, the account was frozen.
Between Sep 25, Oct 7, Oct 20, and Nov 2, I responded to all requests with supporting documents (source of funds, certifications, tax filing, historical statements from other MT4/MT5 accounts, and metrics demonstrating my trading). On Nov 17, I was notified of “toxic flow” (Sec. 23), account closure, and full deduction of profits, without any evidence attached (LP report, tickets, methodology). I proposed a proportional resolution (regularize swap charges and deduct them from the profits exceeding USD 22,000); they never replied.
On Nov 18, I requested a refund of at least my deposit via the same crypto channel. To date, there is no TXID nor confirmation; my capital has remained frozen since Sep 25. They also fail to meet their promise to respond within 10 business days: they do not answer my emails within that timeframe, and the executive answering my calls and messages.
Conclusion / warning: The process has been opaque and dilatory, leaving me harmed—I feel scammed. I recommend not depositing or trading with this broker. I am escalating to regulators and posting this publicly so others don’t go through the same.
