Everything I've ordered came fast.

Ordered a battery charger to fully charge my newly purchased Eco-Worthy battery. Delivery came quickly and the product worked well.

Fast shipping. Quality products. I've ordered solar panels and batteries before and they're still running. Great price on a lithium battery, probably less then I paid for my gel batteries 5-6 years ago. Battery charged up in about a day, less then a day I'd say, with the eco-worthy charger.

Dubious quality of inverter and batteries; panels seem OK. I've had an off grid system with a 3kW inverter and 2 x 12.8V 100Ah LiFePo4 batteries for 2.5 years. The batteries are charged with a Victron MPPT charge controller (the supplied one seemed a bit basic) with battery temperature monitoring.
The inverter failed just outside the 1 year warranty period and EcoWorthy would only offer a discount on a replacement. In the end I managed to fix it myself as it was only a failed diode on the display board pulling the control voltage to ground.
Just come back from holiday and the inverter is dead again - this time due to an exploded electrolytic capacitor. Additionally, one of the batteries has started to swell so I have had to dispose of it. I have comprehensive monitoring of voltage and temperature and there is no evidence of overcharging and although it has been warm in the UK recently, the battery and enclosure temperature have not exceeded 38C. Disappointed with the quality, I won't be using EcoWorthy products again.

Battery was dead on arrival. Spent weeks/months back and forth with their stupid "tests" they offer to replace or refund once you prove to them there is a fault then silence. The behavior is nothing short of criminal, they do not adhere to UK trading laws. I would strongly advise anyone considering buying from these crooks to look at a more reputable brand. I'm having to take formal action to get my money back.

You really know the quality of a company’s service department until you have a problem to resolve. In my situation I ordered a 12v 280 AH lithium battery in metal case. Unfortunately in transit the battery was damaged. I contacted the service department and sent pics of the damaged carton as well as the resulting damage on the battery. In very short order the company shipped a replacement battery and this story ends well. We are all good. Eco-worthy backs up their words with action. Great job!!! I will continue to purchase more products.

Building good batteries

Battery monitor won't work properly brand new out of box. Customer service keeps telling me it can not be fixed and refuses to send me a replacement since it was purchased over a year ago (although not put into service until early 2026.) Emails back and forth for almost a month asking for a resolution and ZERO help, only offered 20% off another new unit which is likely also defective. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY... DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES!!!

Placed order and received it on time. The packaging was no damage. Works as it should.

I sent ECO-WORTHY a message saying I was having trouble with my batteries not holding charge. They are a little better than two years old from time of purchase. They asked me to perform a few test and after doing so they asked me if my contract information was still the same. I replied that it was and they forwarded me two brand new ones for replacement. The service was very good and fast.
