Solor panals died caus of faulty…
Solor panals died caus of faulty controllers. 2 panals no longer give charge. Tested at leads no voltage. Had two spare panals not fitted yet the evoworthy killed on panal. The other I attached to a cheap Chinese controller and charges. Eco worthy want videos and test reports even thou I told them results of testing zero voltage zero amps from both panals. Controllers killed a new from panal within seconds. Customer support a joke. Don't by from this company. High priced low quality. Solicitors involved now have proof of false items failing expectations . Voltage being very low thou they swear it's correct. As bought through Amazon don't have a order number. Amazon say need to contact ecoworthy. No help just tests on test on tests yes did all Thier test solor panals f£xked. Proved to them solor are not charging and ignored . Just after your money high priced use to mean quality ,not with this company.

Suits me
I needed max power in a small size for my boat. It worked well. The bi-facial picks up solar reflected from the water and the white boat deck.

Fast service and selling a quality product 👌 at a reasonable price
Support really not great
First line email support is slow and not very accurate. Telephone support does not exist and WhatsApp maybe quicker but the level of level of competancy is low or non existance - "We'll get back to you" which they might or you have to chase them. If you want real answers you need to ask for escalation. It took 2-3 days to get a response to a common problem that should be covered in an online video? 5KW Inverter and Li battery performance and function has been very good

When “Cheap Solar” Becomes Expensive
When “Cheap Solar” Becomes Expensive: The Hidden Cost of RF Noise and System Losses
I recently installed an ECO-WORTHY 48V 100Ah LiFePO4 Solar System as a home backup solution.
On paper, it looks great — a complete off-grid package promising low-cost energy independence.
But after a few days of real-world testing, the reality is very different:
Cheap solar can be a false economy.
⸻
1. The System That Drains Itself
Running the system isolated from the mains:
• Sundown: ~100%
• Morning: ~70%
That’s a 30% overnight loss with no meaningful load.
The likely cause is an aggressive BMS constantly polling and balancing, creating significant parasitic drain.
In real terms:
• In poor UK weather, this system could self-discharge in under 72 hours
• That’s before powering anything
A backup system that consumes itself isn’t resilience — it’s risk.
⸻
2. RF Hash: The Invisible Problem
Using SDR monitoring around 27–28 MHz, I observed broad RF interference:
• Elevated noise floor across the band
• Repeating spikes consistent with switching electronics
• Noise behaviour changes with system state
This points to poor EMC design — likely from the inverter and insufficient filtering.
In the UK, systems should meet standards enforced by Ofcom. If a device is raising the noise floor this much, compliance becomes questionable.
⸻
3. Why This Matters
This isn’t just a radio hobby issue.
Poorly filtered systems can interfere with:
• Wireless devices
• Broadband
• Other nearby electronics
Scale this across multiple homes and it becomes a wider problem.
⸻
4. The Real Cost of “Budget”
Lower upfront cost is attractive. But factor in:
• Overnight energy loss
• Reduced usable capacity
• RF interference risks
…and the savings quickly erode.
⸻
Final Thought
Renewables should deliver efficiency and reliability.
But if a system:
• Drains itself overnight
• Pollutes the RF spectrum
• Raises compliance concerns
…it’s not just inefficient — it’s misleading.
Manufacturers like ECO-WORTHY need to address these issues.
Cheap solar isn’t always cheap — sometimes you just pay for it differently.

The Shipping Company should be noted in your checkout. I live in a small town and only have a P O Box. FedEx does not deliver to our post office. If I han known you were using Fedex I would have had them shipped to another location.
NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT
I have two solar trackers extended version. During a recent "updraft" one of the trackers sustained a catastrophic failure.
I have made repeated emails and voicemails to customer support to order replacement parts. This has been ongoing for over a month. NO response from ecoworthy.
Yes, in the tracker installation manual, it strongly suggests to remove the panels during high winds.
We all know that.most likely will never happen.
Because of the wind disclaimer in the manual, I did not seek anything free from eco worthy. I just needed to order parts. Again, repeated emails and calls have been unanswered.
Today, 03.23.2026, I received a third solar tracker that I purchased, just to get a few replacement parts.
My issue is not with the tracker itself failing.
The issue is a total lack of customer support. Ecoworthy should be ashamed.
Your customer support experience may be totally different than mine.
I will never buy an Ecoworthy product again.
UPDATE 03.23.2026 940PM, MST
Ecoworthy "offered" me $60 to change my review.
See below copy of email,
FROM ECOWORTHY:
First, we currently do not have the Arm "D" and Arm "B" parts you requested available in our warehouse for order or replacement. We previously replied to your email regarding this, though you may not have received it. Second, your tracking system was damaged during a storm, and this type of damage is not covered under our warranty.
We learned that you have left a review on trustpilot, how about we refund $60 to you as the discounts from your latest order were placed in January of this year and please help us to remove or upgrade your review?
Your understanding will be highly appreciated.
Thanks
Folks, as I stated in my review, I was totally aware of the high wind disclaimer in the manual. I did not EVER ask for anything free.
The purpose of leaving a review is to relay my experience. I get it. Your experience could have been stellar.
Eco worthy, my opinion and HONEST review of your lack of customer support...can not be bought for any amount of money!
Shameful.

Prompt Refund
I purchased solar equipment that was lost be the shipper . Eco Worthy refunded the entire price of the purchase immediately. No hassle to delays . Prompt Customer service . A satisfied customer.
Excellent in every way.
I had a problem with one of my 280Ah batteries, this can happen. What has delighted me is the Service I got from Ivy (Support). I communicated entirely by email with screenshot info from the App. I got prompt responses in perfect English from their Technical Department.
Based on my experience in the UK I would happily recommend ECO-WORTHY for Quality of the Product, Technical Support and Price and Delivery.
I will continue to use their products for my Off-Grid holiday home.
I had a problem with a device
I had a problem with a device and contacted them via email. They were very attentive and friendly during the conversation, and we resolved the issue.
Game changer for camping
Shipped quickly and was packaged very well! Out of the box it was charged to 28AH. Took almost a full day to change with a 20A charger but it charged to the full 280AH! I used it this past weekend on a camping trip and I was so impressed with it's performance I just ordered a 2nd one to match! I fully expect to go 3-4 days camping with no need for a generator!
Rapid Response to Issue. Solved.
One battery arrived damaged, but EcoWorthy replaced it within a reasonable time. Replacement arrived in good shape.
Batteries have Bluetooth, but unable to monitor on WiFi. Batteries both charged to 100% in 24 hours and now showing “stand by”. Works perfectly.
I bought a lithium battery LifeP04 less…
I bought a lithium battery LifeP04 less than 2yrs ago , order number 17860.
Battery looses all its charge after 48hrs not connected to anything , I have tried and tried to get a replacement under warranty but keep getting more and more questions asked , and no I don’t have a multimeter and yes I don’t know how one works before you ask again , now I have had to buy another battery from elsewhere with me going away in van soon.
The communication is terrible , I would not recommend using these for any product.
Also I left multiple voicemails on the UK phone number without any reply.
Avoid.

Eco-Worthy 25.6V 100Ah LIFePO4 Battery with Bluetooth
I bought an Eco-Worthy 25.6 volt 100 amps lithium battery with Bluetooth. Excellent product. The difference in terms of estable power when compared to the two 12 volts lead marine batteries we were using is day and night. We have used our new lithium battery on a pontoon with an 86 lbs thrust trolling motor and the output power is steady at any speed.
The most amazing thing is how little power is used while navigating. We have taken a couple of trips on our lake, and the battery usage when down only 15-20% each time for a couple of hours at the time. That means I do not have to recharge the battery for at least two more trips, before the charge is down to around 25%.
Weight - The battery is much lighter than conventional batteries, weights around 42 lbs when compared to 60 lbs for each 12 volts marine batteries we were using. Much lighter and only one unit!
Bluetooth - I love the feature. I downloaded the app on my phone and it tells me at all times the battery charge level.
I have also noticed that while the battery is not in use, the battery charge level does not degrade.
I also bought an Eco-Worthy charger which automatically detects if the battery is a 12/24 volts. The only drawback when charging the 24 volts battery is that it does it at 10 Ah and not 20Ah like it does on a 12 volts battery.
Overall, I am very happy with this product and well worth the price I paid for it. I hope this battery lasts me for several years.
Eco-worthy support is outstanding
I encountered problems with the battery charger I ordered, but Cathy in Eco-Worthy support worked diligently to address the problem. Ultimately, it was determined that the charger had been damaged in transit, and replacement charger arrived almost overnight!
