As with every other review listed, Kevin took a £3,000 deposit nine months ago and has spun yarn after yarn but delivered nothing. Still taking calls (and making excuses). I’ve even visited his home once and seen the pile of wood that was supposedly going to become my shutters. Still nothing. I wish I’d looked him up on Trust Pilot first. Will now pursue a refund but not hopeful. At least I know where he lives. I agree with everyone else - Kevin should be in Jail!!

Kevin took a deposit from me over 9 months ago and still not supplied the shutters. I have spent a long time chasing and he always sounds friendly and willing but I fear the worst. I would strongly advise NOT to use this company.

I’ve been scammed too. Going to start court proceedings now. Has anyone been successful at recovering money?

As with other reviewers, we were scammed out of a deposit for some shutters. After coming round to consult on style and to measure up, he took a deposit for materials and then proceeded to give us a litany of reasons why he couldn’t complete the job. He eventually stopped responding to our messages and calls all together. An absolutely awful way to treat people, and it’s incredibly difficult to try to recover your money through the courts, even with a finding in your favour… We tried and failed (the bailiffs go round to his address 2 or 3 times and if he doesn’t reply, that’s the end of story!!). The man should be in jail. Don’t make the same mistake as we did. A very upsetting experience that has sadly led us to be much less trusting of other tradesmen seeking advance deposits.

Kevin took our deposit and then never did the work. Excuses included multiple broken down vans etc just as with other reviewers until he eventually just started ignoring our calls. It's been over a year now and heard nothing.

This is a totally scam company. We have been waiting for over a year to have our shatters for which we have paid over 3000 pounds and never happens. He was supposed to deliver them last Friday and suddenly Kevin Ferguson the owner does not answer the phone. He should go to jail

Kevin who runs this company took a £3,500 deposit from us over a year ago, since that date he has failed to do the work 6 times. His excuses range from illness to family deaths to car crashes. We’ve since had contact with other customers he gave the same excuses to. He won’t repay our deposit now and we are having to go to court. It’s incredibly upsetting. Has basically stolen 3,500 pounds and does nothing to repay.
