There’s good and there’s bad!
After doing a little research I decided on a Leka replacement roof for my conservatory. My enquiry with Leka was sent to Ecoglaze UK and I went ahead with the installation.
The roof was replaced in April 2024, and I can say that everyone who worked on it was first class they kept me updated at every stage, tidied up after themselves and I was very happy.
The Bad!
In August I noticed that there was a wet patch where water appeared to be getting in beneath the box gutter (installed during the roof replacement). An engineer came out and explained what he thought was causing it and informed me it would be a small fix.
Three months later I still haven’t been contacted by Ecoglaze UK no one has been out to carry out the repair and my calls are never returned. I now have a spreading wet patch, damaged paintwork which I cannot repair until the leak is fixed and the plaster has dried out.
I have waited this long before leaving my review in the hope that it would be resolved.
In conclusion, the Leka roof system is a very good replacement roof and Ecoglaze fitters were very good.
Sadly, based on my experience I would not use Ecoglaze UK again and I feel I could not recommend them as their after sales care is very poor and lets them down.

Just had our Windows and doors fitted by Rory and Lewis and couldn't have asked for a better experience. Great workers who did a really neat job, they were very thorough and tidy workers, punctual and polite. The windows and doors look fantastic and I couldn't recommend them more.

After over a year our snags and incorrect trims have at last been resolved. Order actually placed July 2022 and finished end October 2023. We ordered windows, French doors, new facias and guttering for the back of the property. I have since found out that I could have had the bi-fold design doors I initially wanted but the salesperson said the opening was not large enough to accommodate, but it actually was.
It was a problem from the start when the colour and spec we were sold and ordered was not available but we were only told this about 8 weeks after order when WE chased up the delivery.
They eventually agreed to honour what we ordered but we went back to the start with the delivery time. There were many problems after installation including leaking guttering, mismatching window trims inside and out, shabby finishes, wrong shape end pieces and twisted seals. Most of the fitters have been excellent with the exception of 'Chris' who was extremely rude and aggressive toward my partner at the first fit (we understand he has now left the company). We had amazing service from Neil who finally fixed the last of the problems but overall the whole experience dealing with this company was not good. They never kept us informed or called back when they said they would; we always had to chase them up to remind them that there were still issues to resolve.

Just had all my windows replaced very good windows. The window fitters Lewis and Rory went above and beyond, they have done a fantastic job turned up nice and early and never stopped. Good workers nice and polite and cleaned up after themselves.

It took them nearly 2 years to finish the job and they had to come back over 5 times to keep correcting each others work and it still leaks. I've now been waiting nearly 2 months for someone to come back and fix our leaks. I've also found left over nails and rubbish lying around. Not what I was expecting. I always remember when the salesperson came round and said how easy and smooth their sliding doors are. I can barely open mine they are so stiff! Ibe refrained from leaving a review until now. I would not recommend.

I just had my windows and doors replaced by Ecoglazeukltd.co.uk and i am really happy with the results the two gentlemen who installed them Darren and Barry were very polite and knew what they were doing they took under five hours to do the work and they cleaned up after themselves yes i would recommend Ecoglaze .

Dont believe a word they say about installation times. Unbelievable. Our patio door has smashed so all the draughts are coming in in the cold. Was told it would be 3 weeks after measuring. They measured the doors 4 weeks ago and my installation date is in 5 weeks time. 9 weeks in total. They were slightly more expensive than Nolan, but I liked the sales guy. Wish I'd gone with Nolan now.

Before the review was published, they got back in touch and offered and improved date of 2.5 weeks earlier which I appreciated. The person who gave me the wrong information was also spoken to.

Excellent quality, efficient and pleasant service and Tom the guy who installed was so neat and tidy. Very impressed thank you
