Don't go there!
Owner/surveyor rushed through a Friday tea time survey. Although he was here for ages, the talk was more on racing rather than the matter in hand, which turned out to be our downfall for letting him get away with it. His mind was on his weekend plans. Trouble is he's a born sales person so believable. His workers are good and conscientious which is probably the only reason the company is still going. Things will be ok if there are no snags (if you don't mind substandard goods). However these are not allowed for in the time set for the job and tough if you get any. Not just us but others have experienced snags that have only been fixed by the workers fixing them in their own time!

To clarify, the survey visit lasted over 1 hour and 45 minutes — not a rushed tea-time appointment. During that time, we thoroughly assessed the job and provided a clear, detailed quotation outlining exactly what was included. Any suggestion that our focus was elsewhere is simply untrue and unfair.
We make every effort to be transparent and realistic with our pricing and scope. We do not include speculative or unspecified items, and as with any professional service, work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately. We're proud of our engineers, who consistently deliver quality workmanship — and we’re pleased you acknowledge their dedication.
While we’re always willing to address issues and go the extra mile, we cannot absorb the cost of work that falls outside of what was originally agreed. That’s not a reflection of poor service — it’s a reflection of clear, honest business practice.
We stand by the integrity of our work and our team. Nonetheless, we appreciate the feedback and will continue striving to improve where possible.
