Amazing smooth experience. Our driver Rimas arrived on time and helped us move all our boxes and carefully packed them in the van so they don't shake or fall during the journey. The move was done within just 2,5 hours and we couldn't be happier with this service. Communication with manager Elmira prior to the moving date was smooth, friendly and efficient. Thank you so much, we will make sure to use your services in future and recommend you to friends.

On my request, I was explicitly confirmed in writing by Elmira, who manages bookings, that my trusted movers would handle my move. Instead, strangers showed up - one of whom was late and appeared intoxicated. Several of my belongings were damaged, and despite raising these issues, the company offered no apology and no response.

This is completely unprofessional and unsafe. Charging £620 for this level of incompetence is unacceptable. If you value your safety, your belongings, and basic decency, avoid them.

Have used this company twice now for 2 moves. I specifically knew I wanted to use their services again because I had such a lovely, stress-free experience the first time. Elmira is so amazing and prompt with sorting out bookings. And the van guys are so great, fast and helpful. I didn't feel judged for the amount of stuff and they just got on with it with no complaints. Even insisting I don't need to help whenever I tried to. Ivarus was the guy for my second move, he arrived on time and finished the whole move in under an hour! For my first time using this company 1 year ago, I originally booked 1 man for late afternoon on Sunday. They called me on the day, to ask if I can do earlier but I wasn't ready so they gave me a 2nd man included without extra charge and they helped me pack my final boxes, and they managed to help me pack and move so quickly. I don't tend to do reviews and I normally would be skeptical of seeing so many 5 stars, but these guys genuinely deserve it. They never mentioned to complete reviews for them but I wanted to go out of my way to write them one because they made my experience so easy. I hate moving and it brings me a lot of stress and takes a toll on me, but these guys really go above and beyond to make it easy for you. And all their men are so friendly, reliable, prompt, hard-working and consistent! They were so careful with my items too, nothing scratched or broken for both my moves, and they carefully and strategically place items in the van to make sure things don't get damaged. I will keep using them and go back to them whichever location I move to (if they still cover that area)! Thank you so much to Elmira and the guys!

I was bit nervous ordering a service like this online but those fears were completely unfounded. Aivaras arrived early and was excellent in loading and unloading our items. Great value for money. Good communication throughout. Highly recommended.

We moved house recently and expected lots of stress and drama on that day. I was really lucky to find this amazing moving company who turned my day into positive stress free experience.
Due to professional and efficient service of Ivores and his colleague, all our staff was delivered safely, not a scratch on furniture, put all beds and tables to different rooms and worked so hard all day long. I want to send them big Thank you and best wishes. Anna

Great moving service. Can’t be beaten on price, and really professional. We had great communication from our driver who called us the day before to confirm timings and arrived on time and was very helpful and accommodating. He helped us load and unload and protect our things. Made our move stress free, would recommend using this company.

Awful !
They were booked for 2pm today and didn’t turn up , so I called and they said 3pm, then I waited till 3 and they said they were 45 minutes away. I was waiting till 4 and they said another Hour and 10 min!!!!!!
Who do they think they are.
Please do not waste my time and take bookings that you can’t keep.
Very unprofessional.
Please don’t bother!

Used for a move from Crystal Palace to Greenwich yesterday. Elmira was great to deal with when booking and the prices are very reasonable. Giacamo and Vitali arrived promptly and got straight to work getting all our things in the van. Everything was unloaded quickly in our new home. They took good care of all our items.
