While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Pathetic company with no support

Pathetic company with no support. They have no phone number and their chat is always offline. It is 11.34AM Thursday and their chat is still offline. I have been trying to reach them since yesterday on the status of my company creation. No response to emails, no phone number to contact and no online chat either.

Stay away, if you can

Family Trust Deed is very basic & generic terms with 15 pages.
Company formation went to automatic verification and company was not formed for two days and seven emails and seven chats. chat function was never working on website. Info Track is the holding company who owns ecompanies website and it has created this no-frill, no-employee, non-monitoring, useless automated service website kept it functioning. Zero reviews are monitored on trust pilot by the company and zero implementation on positive steps to improve service.
Basically, what you pay, what you get. They are cheapest in the market and you may have to chase it with infotrack (beneficial owner holding company) based in Sydney which is hidden & not mentioned on Ecompanies website, anywhere.

I was forced to pay twice to register…

I was forced to pay twice to register one company, as the first time the registration kept failing and even though it could be resubmitted, it would not do anything.
Notwithstanding several emails seeking a refund, no response has been recieved.
many other better companies offer the same product, would not use this company again.
