Poor Help and Assistance

Having used this service many times and previously happy with such I was frustrated with the support service with this setup.

We had a more complicated company setup which required assistance from the service (as directed by ecompanies online help). The first two requests for help were never responded to, the third then constantly "pushed back" with a response advising they could not provide advice.

I am quite aware they can't provide advice nor was I ever asking for such - I was asking for assistance as specifically directed by the online help which states "contact support" in this circumstance.

Overall the company setup took weeks and in the end I had to resolve the problems directly. Unfortunately we then had another issue with ASIC in the setup and my further request for help remains unanswered by ecompanies but again we managed to resolve ourselves.
