Perfect team
Just had my roof insulation done.the put up . Used roof insulation rolls behind the false walls the could not get to any other way. Then insulation sheets and then skimmed the roof and where they had done the back walls. Cleaned up and left the space cleaner than when they started. Cannot praise the guys too highly. They were absolutely amazing and a credit to the company. Took pictures all the way for documentation. Totally recommend them for any future projects that come along and well worth checking to see if you qualify for help. Thanks to all

We recently had Eco Providers install interior insulation, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional, considerate, and tidy. They worked efficiently and with great care, making sure everything was left spotless each day.
What truly stood out, though, was how friendly and helpful they were—especially given my mum’s illness. They showed real compassion and sensitivity to our situation, always checking in to ensure she was comfortable and not disturbed. It made a big difference during a difficult time, and we’re so grateful.

Update no'1 to my original review dated 19/05/92025. On the 08/06/25, EcoProviders replied to my post by reaching out to me for my email address. They said they wanted to understand more about the damage to my brand new kitchen. As of today, they have not

As a landlord, I’m really pleased with the work carried out by ECO Providers on my rental property. The team handled everything professionally, installing insulation, a new air source heat pump, and solar panels without causing any disruption to the tenant. Complete heating system and solar installation

I recently had the absolute pleasure of having Sean,Paul and team in to install wall and ceiling insulation, theses lads were amazing, so easy to talk too, polite, kind friendly and professional, they worked really hard and always made sure my things were covered in dust sheets and floor protection, and always cleaned up at the end of every day. There work is outstanding the Finish looks perfect, they always kept me updated on everything they did and explained everything they were doing
couldn't have asked for better from a great team.
It felt like they had become part of my family 😊 and Paul even won my sausage dog over, (even tho she chased him every where lol).
It was a pleasure to have them in my home and there always welcome for a cuppa 😊.

I'm disabled and have big problems with…
I'm disabled and have big problems with my anxiety and some what ashamed of how tidy my house is but the the gents Chris and his two apprentices Aden, and Kevin ;) assured me they had seen far worse and was very understanding and was fast and clean....I thought they would have trouble in this house with old pipe work ect and uneven walls. I will also add the person who did the first look at my house may very well have saved my life and smelt a gas leak......so happy thankyou to all the team

Richard and his Nephew were an absolute pleasure to have in and around the house doing work. I couldn’t have got better if I’d chosen them. They just got on with their job and worked hard and well, it was just like having 2 friends around.

Interior Wall Insulation
I have just had interior wall insulation installed in preparation for a heat pump in my very bijou cottage. The team from IWI of Steve, Morgan and Martin were fantastic, professional and very hard working and cannot fault their work. However, the upheaval, mess and dust was far above what I expected. The dust from the insulation is so bad that the installers wear face masks. It would have been so much better if ECO
Providers had warned me just how bad it would be so that I could have removed more of my belongings from the property before work started. Also was not warned how thick the insulation would be. Have lost 5 inches on two external walls in what was already a very small guest bedroom.

We completely understand that internal wall insulation can be a disruptive process, particularly in a compact space like yours. We always strive to inform customers in advance about the level of dust and disruption, and our installers take precautions such as wearing face masks and using dust sheets. However, we appreciate that more detailed guidance on preparation could have been helpful in your case, and we’ll take this on board to improve our customer communication going forward.
Regarding the thickness of the insulation, the system used is designed to meet government energy efficiency standards while providing the best possible performance. We always aim to explain these specifications during the survey stage, but we’re sorry if this wasn’t made clear enough at the time.

I always knew solar panels were a good investment, but pairing them with a Tesla Powerwall 3? Next level. Now, instead of sending my excess energy back to the grid, I store it and use it when I need it—even during power cuts! ⚡️ The installation process was flawless—Andy and Matt knew their stuff and walked me through everything, from the setup to the app. Watching my home run on stored energy in real-time is like something out of a sci-fi movie. With two young kids
With two young kids, I hated how cold our house got in winter. Keeping the heating on all day wasn’t an option with the rising energy prices. Then I found Eco Providers through the ECO4 scheme, and it’s changed everything. We got a brand-new boiler and loft insulation—for free! The house stays so warm, and we don’t have to worry about huge gas bills anymore. Jordan and Luke were lovely—so polite, great with the kids, and even let my son “help” (aka watch with a hard hat on 🤣).
