Good afternoon,i had all the radiators changed in my home complete new heating system the lads were great,Tom,Reece,Sean,Zak,Danny,Jake,and James they did a wonderful job, my only concern was i didnt have enough solar panels i rang Alex at eco and she has arranged for four more panels to be fitted, i found even though the job was complete,my concerns was listened to and solved so Big Thank you to you all,Kind regards Monica Wood

Eco providers were fantastic from the start. I initially spoke with Sam who was so helpful and very thorough and then Jill when I had the approval to make arrangements. The company were great fitting in with my time booked off work. Tommy and Kevin were just brilliant. I kept them supplied with brews cakes and biscuits. I pretty much left them to it as they were very trustworthy. They did an excellent job and were very neat clean and tidy. I had full central heating installed as I had no heating. This has been such a benefit to me. I’d highly recommend them.

We had Sean and his team last week to insulate and plaster the walls inside our house.
They all worked so hard, long days, everything was kept tidy and they were professional.
They were all so polite and made sure we were happy at all times with what was happening.

Guys could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Tidied up at the end of every night and explained everything that was happening. Highly reccomend

The lads that came were tidy conscientious and pleasant and singing all the time they put plastic sheets to walk on and were very careful I would recommend them to anyone if they want a good job doing. I am going to miss them being around it’s going to be so quiet now. They installed an air source pump and new central heating took out all the old pipes and renewed everything. The only thing I was a bit sad about was that my gas fire had to go because it was a baxi back boiler and I wasn’t allowed to keep it, I don’t have the money for a new fire so there is just a big hole. It wasn’t the lad’s fault just the rules. The lads were Matt Gary and two electricians who came the last couple of days and I’m sorry lads I’ve forgotten your names but not how brilliant you were, Matt bought me a box of chocolates to say thank you for looking after them and Gary bought a big box of biscuits I’m really going to miss you guys, Jayne near ruthin

The communication and the work has been outstanding I have extra work wall sockets and window sills which was not expecting

Just received an unsolicted letter from this company stating that my property has a very poor energy rating!
Our home is a new build with the highest rating possible.
To me, it appears that this is a dishonest company that will do anything to drum up custom by frightening recipients with their mailings.

The Eco 4 project at my ancient farmhouse has been a difficult and lengthy one. The work here has lasted for about 6 weeks; there were some hiccups, but these have been dealt with in a highly professional and speedy manner. The house is now fully insulated and warmer than it has ever been. I am so grateful to Sean and his team of insulators, to Gary, electrician, and to Graham and Tommy, plumber/electricians who had to battle with the real problems of setting up the heat pump, and making it work in a property that has no mains water. They did it, and I am so grateful. The solar installers, Daniel and Lewis, with the scaffolding team, were so efficient, polite, careful, tidy and pleasant company. I want to mention the office staff too, Christine, Sam,.....always helpful and always friendly and polite. I think Ecoproviders are a model of good service and I feel incredibly lucky that they have provided my new heating system.

We have recently had 3 days of work for a new boiler, radiators and pipe work from James and Reece. The lads arrived promptly each morning and did not stop all day during a heatwave! They were polite and respectful in every way possible. A credit to the firm! Very much appreciated and thank you for all your hardwork lads.

When I started looking into this area I quickly realised how much of a minefield it was! but after speaking to Eco providers it soon became very simple. They managed the whole process professionally right from the start helping me understand my options and through to completion were first class, highly recommended

I'm current having an ongoing heating system installed by this firm and the lads tommy Fisher, Kevin leaver and Ellis Preston have all been extremely polite clean and respectful. Have turned up when they said they would and have done a grand job and worked to high standards.

This was not an easy contract. The various teams who fulfilled it were professional in their work also friendly and helpful in their attitude.
My compliments to them all and thanks for their help.

Dan,Tommy,Jordan, Kevin n Jack thank u boys. Brilliant and neat job. Very respect of Me and my children with gd bit of banter mixed in. Always cleaned up after them selves . I would recommend this company all day long.

I applied for a grant helped by Samantha, having fitted the criteria and accepted by my local council, very quickly had my insulation on walls done and plastered by Richard and his team, they cleaned up and were friendly and polite, also same for the plumbers fitting my Grant air source pump and radiators etc, the electricians and solar panel fitters, all helpful and hard working, I am so pleased with Eco Providers as they finished in a matter of weeks and made my very cold house now a very warm home, I cant thank the workers or admin enough, brilliant company highly recommended,
